Christmas Eve Begin your festive break with mulled wine & mince pies on arrival.

A traditional afternoon tea will be served in the lounge from 3pm-4.30pm Join us at our drinks reception from 7pm in the bar for a Christmas cocktail and a chance to meet the team. Dinner will then be served in Storm restaurant. Carol singers will be on hand to put you in the festive spirit.

After dinner we will have games available in the lounge. Hot toddies and mince pies will be available in the bar from 10.30pm and for anyone wishing to attend Midnight Mass the team will depart at 11pm.

Christmas Day Start the day with breakfast accompanied by a glass of Bucks Fizz breakfast, served between 8am and 10am.

Enjoy a glass of champagne before joining us for our 5 course Christmas Day Lunch served between 12.30pm and 3pm followed by the Queens speech in the lounge.

There will be a glass of mulled wine available in the bar before joining us in Storm Restaurant for a dressed buffet. After dinner we will be showing a Christmas classic in our “cinema”.

Boxing Day Breakfast 8am until 10am After breakfast go for a stroll – why not try out our treasure hunt or go and hunt down your own treasure in the Boxing Day sales. Don’t forget Knaresborough’s annual tug of war across the river will be taking place.

Return to the hotel for afternoon tea from 4.00pm until 5.30pm.

Join us in the bar from 7pm for a drinks reception followed by our farewell candlelit dinner with live music.

December 27th Breakfast 8am until 10am - bid farewell. Discount if you want to stay another night.

New Year’s Breaks 2015

30th December Arrive and enjoy mulled wine and shortbread followed by a traditional afternoon tea served between 3pm and 4.30pm.

Join us in the bar from 7pm for a champagne cocktail and a chance to meet the team followed by a 3 course dinner with entertainment.

After dinner games will be available in the lounge.

New Year’s Eve Enjoy a Full English breakfast to start the day served between 8am and 10am.

A Soup and Sandwich buffet lunch will be available between 12noon and 2pm.

Champagne & canapé reception from 7pm, then enjoy our 7 course gala dinner, dancing until the wee hours with our resident DJ playing all the favourites, toast in the New Year with a glass of bubbly served at midnight and then tuck into bacon rolls at 1am.

New Year’s Day Join us for a bucks fizz breakfast brunch between 9.30am and 11.30am.

After brunch why not go for a stroll and try out our treasure hunt or enjoy some time in our Spa. Dinner this evening will be a dressed buffet served between 4pm until 6pm with our now famous hot chocolate bar before joining us in our “cinema” for a classic movie!

2nd January 2016 Have a leisurely breakfast between 8am and 10am before your journey home.

December 23rd Begin your festive break by exploring the historic market town of Grantham, or venture further afield into the Vale of Belvoir which offers some beautiful vistas, a 3 course dinner and a glass of fizz awaits your return along with the opportunity to meet your hosts and fellow guests.

Christmas Eve Start the day with a full Lincolnshire breakfast then the day is yours to do with as you please, perhaps grab a few last minute bargains in the local shops, or explore further afield with a country walk.
