With our aseptic liquid packaging material manufacturing plant commissioned at Sanand (Gujarat), we have completed our product bouquet in its entirety. Today we stand in a good stead to offer end-to-end flexible packaging solutions for all product types - be it solids, semi-solids, powders or granular materials, non-aerated liquids, viscous fluids, pastes or gels for that matter we can service them all with perfection much to the delight of our customers.

ASEPTO, as we have chosen to call our liquid packaging material brand is the first ever Indian trade mark in the aseptic packaging space and is as immaculate as our other flexible packaging solutions. I am exhilarated to state that this venture reaffirms our commitment towards Government’s flagship scheme ‘Make in India.’

A lot of research and development has gone into making this brand that is all set to redefine the liquid packaging experience. Presently, the Indian aseptic liquid packaging market is growing at the rate of 17–18% per annum and is expected to double in the next five years to approximately 20 billion packs per annum. Our total manufacturing capacity will stand at of 7 billion packs per annum which is further scalable in response to the market demand. MAKE IN INDIA MADE FOR THE WORLD ‘Asepto’, as the name suggests, is derived from the word aseptic, which means sterile.

With a solemn promise of ‘Freshness Preserved’, Asepto is the ‘Liquid Packaging Brand’ from the house of Uflex Limited — India’s largest fully integrated multinational flexible packaging materials and solution company. We are India’s first manufacturer of aseptic liquid packaging material with a state-of-the-art facility in the industrial hub of Sanand in Gujarat. Our offering has been designed in such a manner that users find the products convenient and can use with an ease to open it, in addition to offering them optimal shelf life for juices, non-aerated alcoholic beverages and highly perishable liquid consumables, like milk and other dairy products.

Our aseptic packaging manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest top-of-the-line converting machines that are capable of manufacturing world-class aseptic packs. The facility is a first-of-its-kind with a production capacity of 7 billion packs per annum. The plant is spread over 21 acres of the sprawling 72 acre land parcel that Uflex has in Sanand.

With our packaging solutions, we endeavor meeting the ever-growing demand for quality aseptic liquid packaging solution, minimizing the challenges being confronted by the dairy, beverage and alcohol industries. Our product portfolio would cater to 90% of the total domestic demand.

We aim to provide sustainable packaging solutions to our global clientele, with the proposition of keeping the liquid content fresh for a longer period.

The aseptic liquid packaging material is manufactured keeping the good hygiene and safe manufacturing practices at the core.

All attuned to Government’s “Make in India“ vision, the aseptic liquid packaging manufacturing plant is spread over 21 Acres of the total 72 Acre land parcel that Uflex has in Sanand, Gujarat. The manufacturing facility is first of its kinds with a production capacity of 7 Billion packs per annum.

We are ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 18001:2007, ISO 22000:2005, BRC-IoP Issue 6, certified manufacturing facility, reinforcing our strong operational processes and commitment for continual improvement. Moving forward we will get our facility certified for SEDEX, FSC and FDA certifications.

ASEPTO SPARK offers a unique holographic pack range, giving our customers endless possibilities to give an evolutionary edge to their existing packs, or altogether create a new brand proposition to their existing line of products. This range of offering enhances the aesthetic and functional elements of the carton packs significantly, giving a distinct identity with enhanced shelf impact.

ASEPTO PREMIUM certainly gives beverage companies a great option to increase their product lines with premium brands without contemplating much about creating a sophisticated look for the packs. It is a unique offering from the ASEPTO brand that has redefined the making of carton packs into an art form. The holographic look achieved through flexo printing technology gives the option of foil stamping, embossing and holographic effects that brings a distinguishing feature to the packs like never before.

PACKAGING

KEY COMPONENTS OF THE SIX LAYER PACKAGING

MATERIAL

The hi-efficiency paperboard provides stiffness and strength to the packs, and is a good surface material to achieve clear design printing.

The aluminium foil layer is a strong barrier for oxygen and light, and helps protect the product filled inside a carton pack from external environmental impacts.

The inner layer made of polyethylene makes it possible to seal the liquid inside the carton pack.

Asepto packaging material offers a six-layered packaging for the beverage, dairy and alcohol industries, built on 3Ps of packaging, i.e.,

keeping in mind the perspectives of our customers and end-consumers of the products.

The packaging solution thus engineered is highly effective and optimized with the best material application comprising paperboard, aluminium and polyethylene.

All food grade raw materials are used in packaging to ensure utmost safety for storing consumable products.

This multi-layered construction enables the carton to protect the contents from several factors responsible for spoilage, preserving the products’ freshness and value. The packaging thus increases the shelf life of products and reduces the dependency on cold chain storage facilities, besides enunciating easy handling ability.

Revolutionizing the concept of aseptic liquid filling, Uflex Group the only Indian OEM to manufacture aseptic liquid packaging solutions presents a ground-breaking machine ASEPTO Smart 78, which promises to give sheer power, performance and sophisticated filling solutions to the beverage industry.

The one-of-its-kind machine, fully integrated with latest technologies, is highly automated and sophisticated allowing smart approach for operational efficiency. In fact, the operational cost of the machine is much less with an optimal (low) TCO (total cost of ownership).
