I am writing to express my interest to work as a 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer / Painter. I am a 3D MAX specialist with over 6 years of experience in realistic architectural 3D modelling and rendering with extraordinary results in visualization. I have a strong interest in 3D arts where I may utilize my experience and skills which allows me the opportunity for professional growth. During my professional experience,I have and visualized 15 interior design and architectural projects with a successful record of delivering 3 commercial and 12 residential projects using 3D Max and Lumion applying high level of software skill resulted in high quality realistic renders and technical documentation and cooperate with MAKIN DARYA company, which is the only manufacturer of marinas in Iran, and I designed a 3storey restaurant in Chabahar Marina and a Café in Anzali Marina. Furthermore, I was able to paint a twelve-volume collection of Khayyam's poems during my studies. I have extended my problem solving, teamwork and communication skills as I have modelled and visualized several complicated 3D models which resulted in high level of customer satisfaction by helping architects and builders to present the design and communicate effectively with clients and councils.
