In season How to make the most of the tastiest produce available in store this month at Asda

Moroccan-style pomegranate & couscous salad ♦ Cook couscous according to packet instructions. Put in a bowl and cool slightly. ♦ Add some chopped cooked chicken and sliced roasted peppers. Stir in some finely chopped dried apricots, along with a handful of pomegranate seeds and some chopped parsley. ♦ Squeeze over a little lemon juice. Serve with lemon wedges.
