❹ Polenta & chorizo on sticks

Cut some Italfresco Ready Made Polenta into cubes and fry in a pan with some sliced chorizo. When cool, thread both onto cocktail sticks and add a little fresh pesto.

Score top marks with our moreish nibbles – each made in less than 10 minutes ❶ Peppered beef & wasabi pea puree toasts Blitz some cooked frozen peas with a little butter and spread on toasted bread that has been cut into rounds. Arrange slices of Chosen by you Ready to Eat Pepper Steak Slices on top, then scatter with chopped wasabi peas.

❷ Clementine prawns with avocado blinis Squeeze the juice of a clementine over some cooked and peeled king prawns. Serve the prawns on blinis or water biscuits (2 on each) with a little mashed avocado on the side. Garnish with clementine zest.

❸ Breaded cheese olives Stuff some large pitted green olives with blue cheese. Dip in flour, then beaten egg, then dried breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in vegetable oil at 170C for 1-2mins until golden.
