We’ve had loads of fun putting together our Easter issue. This time of year is great for bringing families together for walks, meals and Easter eggs. And, as we can’t guarantee it won’t rain, we’ve weatherproofed our offering with ways to bring the fun indoors with brilliant baking ideas, toys and crafts for kids. If you’ve got little ones, get them working hard to earn their chocolate treats with a good egg hunt – like ours on page 28. I’m a firm believer in making the eggs really tricky to find, which means my nephews can get fit and play detectives at the same time. I make a checklist of clues and keep sending the boys back to search while my sister and I put our feet up! This issue is packed with over 40 recipes to provide inspiration this Easter. We’ve paid attention to cost, ease and time to ensure all our recipes are simple, delicious and won’t break the bank. Have an Eggcellent Easter!
