2 Separate the cookies into halves until you have one round for each cake. Scrape out the cream filling. Carefully cut each biscuit round into 2 equal semicircles. 3 Top each of the cupcakes with 2 biscuit semicircles (overlapping the edges like wings), 2 jelly sweet halves for ears, 2 eyes and 2 fangs. 4 For the blood, dab a little red jam on the fangs before serving.
