Disabled Visitors and Spectators Information
The organisers of Ascott under Wychwood want to enable everyone to enjoy the event, and we will try our best to make the event site as accessible as we can. Due to the nature of the terrain it can be difficult, especially in wet conditions to enable access to every discipline of the event. We do have toilets accessible to all and specific designated Disabled Parking Area.
We do ask wherever possible, anyone requiring additional assistance at the event emails the Organiser in advance so that provision can be put in place and we are able to accommodate individual needs. Please note: No Motorised buggies are allowed on site without prior warning, this is for your and others safety. Some of our terrain is not suitable for this kind of vehicle.
