from 9788203406928
What happens in a fashion show? What do you think an Environment Week is?
Lucas is the leader of the student council at his school. They have an Environment Week with a popular fashion show. Lucas explains what happens to a journalist from a local newspaper.
Journalist: Who takes part in the fashion show? Lucas: Sometimes pupils from the student council or sometimes a class are models. Journalist: Where do the models get the clothes? Lucas: The models choose from the box of clothes that the other kids have forgotten or left behind at school. Vurderingseksemplar
Journalist: Could you use clothes from home that are too small for you or second-hand clothes? Lucas: Yes, of course. Sometimes people will choose clothes that don’t fit or look funny together just to make it more fun. Journalist: Where does the show take place? Lucas: It takes place outside in the playground. Journalist: How is the show arranged? Lucas: The presenter introduces the pupils and they walk along the catwalk, first one way and then back again. We play catchy music and the pupils have to try and walk like real models. Journalist: What is the point of the fashion show? Lucas: We do it to remind the pupils that we should take care of our clothes. Maybe some of them will see their own clothes on the catwalk!
