I successfully managed the entire project lifecycle, demonstrating strong project management skills from initial client consultations to final installation. I was responsible for selecting materials, creating detailed designs, overseeing the manufacturing process, and ensuring precise installations. My role required effective coordination with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely execution, ultimately leading to a successful project completion.
Al Bada Experience Center
At Rely Industries, I designed and executed the Al BADA Experience Center, a premier sales center located in Al Jubail, Abu Dhabi. This project involved comprehensive management from concept to completion. I led the design process, ensuring the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Material selection was critical, and I meticulously chose high-quality materials to reflect the center’s sophisticated brand image. Throughout the execution phase, I coordinated with various teams and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and adherence to timelines. The result was a state-of-the-art experience center that exceeded client expectations and showcased our commitment to excellence in design and project management.
Villa Biassono
Monza, Italy
The purpose of the renovation of Villa Biassono was to create a stand out design in the Italian architecture .Monza is known with is similar Italian architecture were all the villa were built with similar stone cladding and steel balustrade but never wood. Adding wooden cladding along the extensive use of glass created a new feel to among the surrounding.
The interior design villa project in Meydan, Dubai is a unique and exciting project that I have had the pleasure of working on. After meeting with the clients, I gained a clear understanding of their vision for the space, which is a fusion of modern and traditional elements. The villa boasts large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The interior features luxurious materials such as marble, wood, and brass, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I have created detailed drawings and realistic renders to ensure that the client’s vision is fully realized. The project is still in progress, and I am confident that the final result will exceed the client’s expectations.

Passing through the crowded street of hamra i feel suffocated. As the crowd begins to disperse, i find myself drawn into a space, it is at that moment of entering the space i feel i am able to breathe again. Entering the space that consists of two parts, one that is dynamic with a lot of interaction, after passing through the active space there is a way that takes you to the open-air courtyard. Passing in a tight directional corridor you find yourself in a haven like space which is the open static courtyard in the middle of the restaurant. These two spaces are separated with transparent and solid materials in order not to create a complete direct visual connection between the spaces. While on the upper-level a bar that converts into a club at night and many openings open in order to create a moment of release

Villa Ghazal is a villa located in Ras el Matn lebanon were Ras el-Matn is a town in Lebanon located on the western steep slopes of Mount Lebanon, in the upper Matn (al-Matn al-A’la) section at varying elevation between 800 and 1000 m above sea level. It’s known for its panoramic views and pine trees and its location giving a view to the western sections of el-Matn and the Mediterranean Sea. I was assigned by Karim Bechdache studio to generate 3d renders of the Villa.

Renovation of an office complex in Neuilly-sur-Seine
Paris - France
A multi-functional space were to be designed that can be described as a true integration of different functions in time and space. This is different from mixed-use development that compartmentalizes the various uses within the offices. An acoustics ceiling with lights and speakers along with railing system was created in order to have a board’s system form brain storming purposes. These boards can be used as brainstorming boards or as partitioning boards. Creating a colorful space would help the employees get away from the working mood into a lighter and more joyful mood.

This project was one of the delicate projects among the rest. We were working on a proposal to get the approval from the municipality of Milano and from the client. This project helped me understand how the municipality works on preserving the traditional look of the city.
I have stumbled up on some difficulties but at the end I have submitted some options and we were asked to change some things in order to coexist with the surrounding in terms of colors, materials, and façade division. I have worked on creating the 3d model of the building and rendering it and add it to the existing picture of the street. Afterwards we have got the approval of the client and waiting for that approval of the municipality.

following the brand identity used by omt, Eliane Zakhem and i were able to integrate a futuristic approach to the design that gives the space a feel of proximity of the service which was translated in the lit perforated ceiling.

Saloua Raouda Choucair Foundation
Ras el matn - Lebanon
Saloua Raouda Choucair is one of the most respected living artists in Lebanon, though her work is little known outside of her home country. I proudly had the opportunity to design the open storage system for the Saloua’s art work. The project was done with 6 intensive working weeks. I was assigned by the Lebanese architect Karim Bechdache to be responsible for this project from A to Z.
2019 - Rabieh House

This project is located in Rabieh, Lebanon, which is one of the most luxurious areas in Beirut. The project involves the design of the living and the dining area with original features recently acquired by the owner. The space was cluttered and lacking light. the owner liked to see a modern and spacious design. With the collaboration with Eliane Zakhem (Interior Architect) we were able to pitch the design to the client which later was not executed

Develppment of 3D visuals of the space in addition to choosing the most suitable furniture selection along with the finishes.
This project is about reviewing what is an apartment? In the 150 that you have allocated to this second project, you are required to create an apartment for this client: I am an expatriate hotel manager. I will be living in this place for the next 5 years with my wife and my 2 children: a 12 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. II would like you as my interior Architect (designer) to re-organize and decorate this apartment to fit our way of life.
A master bedroom with a large dressing for my wife and a generous bathroom. My children would like a room each or at least some privacy if in the same room. We are very social people and like to invite friends often. Surprise us!!
Villa Tabet Oyoun, Lebanon
Villa Tabet is a private residenstial villa designed by karim bekdache studio, NFDS was commisioned to develope the interior of the premises. the central staircase designed as a light transparent element in the central part of the house, avioding blocking of any views, since the villa overlooks the beautiful mountains of the area. with a minimal intention in mind, a very elegant intervention to all the areas of the house were developed.

Astronauts in Space (AIS) is a project exploring new ways and possibilities to exercise in Space. Working in cooperation with the European Space Agency, our team has developed a concept for astronauts to exercise aboard the International Space Station. Designing for such an extreme environment brings a challenging set of limitations and requirements. The physical effects of microgravity was one such challenge that required us to think of unconventional ways of exercising.
Drawing inspiration from acrobatics and the performing arts, our concept centers around a circular platform with handles and attachment points for elastic bands. The elastic bands are used with hand and foot grips, as well as a chest harness to anchor the astronauts to the platform. This would allow the astronauts to target different muscles of the body through various movements and gestures.
Noctiluca

Noctiluca is more than a simple lamp. It is a travel companion who’s always there to light up your way. Noctiluca is a flying module equipped with proximity sensors, gyroscopes and AI which enable it to follow astronauts inside the ISS and in outer space. The module emits two types of light: ambient diffused light from the top and a directional projected light beam from the bottom part. The cone of light that is produced by Noctiluca embraces astronauts and creates their own private personal space inside the spaceship.

The product will remove the need for the user to use excessive force to operate the gripper replacing the mechanism with a button activation and a forearm brace to assist in the lifting motion. The proposal improves ergonomics in the handle with a more user friendly form, more comfortable materials, and an appealing aesthetic design.
The product will feature a 2 piece telescoping shaft with a locking mechanism. This will allow the user to adjust the length of the grabber to suit their needs, while remaining safe and sturdy.
The solution is to incorporate SMA wire into the head of the gripper, which will be activated by electricity via a battery in the handle. This will result in a grip that is just as strong and fast as other reacher grabbers on the market today, but will drastically reduce the amount of force a user needs to exert in order to pick an object up.

The Jukebox is a toy that grips on the side of a phone and interacts with a digital game. The toy also offers a double playability when used without the phone, working as a headphone holder and cord organizer. The toy consists of 2 SBS pieces and 2 conductive rubber bands.
When used on the phone, the plastic parts go on the sides of the phone adjusting to different fits with pressure.

2019 - Water Hook

The water hook is a toy that goes around water bottles and helps differentiate them from others.
The buildable toy is composed of 2 main components of a total of 4 different pieces plus a cord string and cardboard piece. The first component is a simple mechanism that allows to fix the width/fit around a bottle neck. This part has 2 pieces, one is the cord stopper, the other is the character. The second component is also made of 2 pieces, one that holds a paper tag where children can write their name or initials. The second part correspond to the character. The pieces in each component are attached together through snap-fit mechanisms. The complete system is joined by the string.
This toy is for children to accesorize their daily objects. It can be used as a water bottle lanyard or keychain, in order to quickly identify what is theirs. This toy can also have multiple uses and be attached to other elements such as zippers or backpacks.

Text description provided by the architects. Inspired by Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House, the Glass House by Philip Johnson, with its perfect proportions and its simplicity, is considered one of the first most brilliant works of modern architecture. Johnson built the 47-acre estate for himself in New Canaan, Connecticut. The house was the first of fourteen structures that the architect built on the property over a span of fifty years.
The interior of the Glass House is completely exposed to the outdoors except for the a cylinder brick structure with the entrance to the bathroom on one side and a fireplace on the other side. The floorto-ceiling height is ten and a half feet and the brick cylinder structure protrudes from the top.

The objective of the project was to develop the skill of the students to intervene on intimate existing location, our bodies were the intervention site. we had the freedom to get inspired by an insect and to use the features of this insect on our bodies as extension. the choice of material was predetermined by the instructor. Limited to steel wire and hose. that to be connected in order to develop the various shapes.
