THE PROJECT INTENDS TO DESIGN A TRANQUILISING SPACE WHERE ONE CAN HEAL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY BY PROVIDING A RELAXING AND REJUVENATING ENVIRONMENT.

In today’s world, involving immense competition to be successful and wealthy. People tend to forget about the amount of stress they take amidst this busy schedule and the effect it has on their health mentally and physically.
The intent of this project is to develop a system of architectural design of a Health Retreat Centre using technologies, methods and products which provides an escape from the chaos and extreme proximity of the city and create architectural domains of nature that are completely private and introvert, undisturbed by anything.
The Health retreat uses many complementary and alternative therapies like acupuncture, ayurvedic massages, chiropractic, yoga, meditation, counselling and art therapies that will counsel and heal general to specific physical and mental health concerns and prevent, all within a holistic residential setting that adheres to everyone’s common aesthetic approaches.

CLIMATE
DURING MOST MONTHS OF THE YEAR, THERE IS SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IN MANANTHAVADY. THERE IS ONLY A SHORT DRY SEASON. THE AVERAGE ANNUAL TEMPERATURE IN MANANTHAVADY IS 22.3 °C. THE RAINFALL HERE IS AROUND 2921 MM PER YEAR.

THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO CREATE A SOCIALLY INTERACTIVE GATETHERING PLACE THAT CAN PROVIDE COMMERCIAL, CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL SPACES
A city centre can be defined as the area of the city where Culture, Shopping, Entertainment, Commerce are concentrated. These areas usually combine shopping, learning and other recreational activities to provide the visitors with great overall experience. This design would serve a role in architectural intervention that are symbolic to the settlement of Ravet as a whole and would try to provide a cultural identity to the city years.
Ravet is a place that is developing at a very rapid pace and also the population here is increasing at the same rate. Currently, the study area lacks a cultural identity and it also lacks many facilities for all the people living there. With its current building proposition, it is majorly seen as an education hub bt numerous residential projects have come up as well.
The site selected for the project is holds great potential and with the upcoming future increase in populations and development in Ravet, the city centre design can be a future proof design catering Ravet as well as surrounding areas with a one-stop destination for recreational and shopping-based activities.

• THE WARMEST MONTH OF THE YEAR IS MAY, WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 29.3 DEGREE CELCIUS IN JANUARY. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IS 21.2 DEGREE CELCIUS. IT IS THE LOWEST AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF THE WHOLE YEAR.

Jaipur - the Pink city of Rajasthan and pride of India boosts of a rich culture, heritage, arts and architecture. It has been recently declared as a World Heritage City by UNESCO. Many national & international tourists flock this city for an enriching experience of traditional life. The City Palace against the backdrop of hill forts such as Nahargad & Jaigad, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, etc. are a testimony to the rich architecture in the city. It is also famous for its arts and crafts like Bandhani, Block printing, Tarkash, Zari, Gota, Kinari and Zardozi; Meenakari Jewellery, Miniature paintings, Blue Pottery, Ivory carving, Shellac work, etc.

The spa interior should have naturistic vibe to complement the surrounding. The Japanese Garden elements such as water bodies, rocks and waterfall and greenery is included in all achievable ways in the interior.
