About us

Art world School is a pro art school established in now located in NW Portland. It is located right across from Findley Elementary and close to the Beaverton, Bethany, Forest Heights, and Cedar Mill areas. It was established by Pacific Northwest artists, then later expanded by art professional Mimi Yan.

WeekendClasses

Weekend Classes in Portland at the Art World School are ideal for artists of all levels. Above all, we provide firsthand experience with dedicated instructors. Enrollment is flexible with different class packages or drop-in classes available, and students can schedule themselves in our own class scheduling system. In addition to the weekend classes in Portland, our school also offers a range of inperson and virtual options classes.

Fine art Class

A different art project will be taught each class with various fine art mediums that involve drawing and painting. Students will learn important concepts of drawing with artwork that involves different subject matters and concepts. Students will color theory, principles of composition, methods of drawing and painting, and techniques involving different mediums.

Pre-K Art Class

In our program for students aged 3–4, we offer fine art, clay, and arts and crafts, fostering developmental milestones, communication skills, social-emotional wellbeing, and cognitive development. Through various mediums, tools, and activities, we enhance fine motor function and creativity while ensuring an enjoyable learning experience.
