2 oz Mythology Hell Bear American Whiskey 1 oz egg white 1/2 oz lemon 3/4 oz simple syrup Half dash orange bitters
Place egg white in the shaker and dry shake (no ice) until the egg white is frothy. Add whiskey, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice to the shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain cocktail into a nick and nora glass and top with a dash of orange bitters. ELEVATE THE ARTS: Mythology Distillery specializes in small batch whiskey, gin, vodka and specialty spirits.
