Amazing historic letter opener. Property of M.Vengerow & Cia. Automóviles Buenos Aires (Argentina). Marcos Vengerow was the founder of the firm (1925-1928), and with his 2 sons, León and Jack, they were the first agents of Citroën (and Voisin) in Argentina.

Original clay mold of the 1894-1895 medal by Daniel Dupuis, for the Automobile Club de France. Framed by the engraver, or by whom he gave the mold at the time. It measures 26cm in diameter and with the frame 35cm x 35cm. It is a museum-worthy piece. France. 1893.

RENAULT WOODEN PLAQUE

Hand-carved wooden plaque with a large brass Renault emblem, over a fine mesh that covers a diamond.shaped cut-glass mirror. 16x9 inches.

This same piece appeared in the front cover of the 1963 brochure of Renault Inc. (USA) commemorating the first 65 years of Renault. Sadly there is no mention about the origin of this mysterious item.

1926 STEIN TROPHY PRESENTED TO CARL LUX

5.0l glass stein with silver plated details by WMF. Presented in 1926 to Carl Lux after winning a Grand Prix organized by the Märkischer Automobil Club. Note the racing car in handle similar to the inkwells produced by WMF.

Inedit sculpture of great detail. Sculptor’s signature illegible. Correctly marked under the base with the Crowned N of the German firm.
