The degree allows for considerable flexibility to ensure that you are academically guided in your choice as to whether to graduate with a Business & Management - BA (Hons) degree, or a Business & Management - BA (Hons) degree with one of the available named pathways.

You will gain valuable real-world experience through undertaking a compulsory work placement module in the second year and have the option take a sandwich year in industry between years two and the final year. Past placements have included Deloitte, Welsh Water and the Wales Cyber Resilience Centre. And you will benefit from our extensive links with industry through guest lectures by Business experts, field trips and the opportunity to complete consultancy projects.

Opportunities for study abroad, both for a semester or a full year, are also fully supported on this degree.

Typical modules

The course structure develops from a compulsory first year, consisting of seven modules, to only two compulsory modules in the final year of study. This will enable you to direct your interests into a specialised pathway or specific set of option modules, whilst ensuring that you receive a sound understanding and appreciation of business and management.
