The consultation is a time to set the parameters of the landscape project as well as talk about materials and budget.

At the conclusion of this initial meeting design time will be established. This design time is the amount of time needed to produce a detailed sketch of the area to be landscaped. Design time is $85/hr.

In most circumstances the design fee will be credited back to the homeowner on the final invoice.
