Minimalist backyard for a private home in California

From the first step of demolition and stones removal to the very last steps of installing lights, irrigation and planting trees, this project tries to capture the minimalism wanted by the owners through a simple color palette, contrasted by one central wooden element and the surrounding vegetation.

Between material and texture, here are some samples of some experimentation with acrylic paint and water. The experiment tries to seek original ways of drying the canvas, or introducing movement to create mixes of colors and textures that are unique to each painting.

Stained glass
36

From a simple piece of polished glass of a French sand beach to an elaborate and personal interpretation of traditional stained glass, this set of creations is in honor of my grand father who loved to collect glass and always wanted to make a stain glass. By using resin instead of lead, the stained glass stays pure and bright

when exposed to light, and stays lighter than a lead structure.
