RESUMEN CAMPAÑA DE COMUNICACIÓN La Semana del Arte de Madrid es, con motivo, el evento más esperado en el sector dedicado al arte contemporáneo, el galerismo y el coleccionismo de nuestro país. En el entorno de la Cultura y el Arte es necesario un plus de constancia y esfuerzo para sacar las ideas adelante y, en el caso Art Madrid, la respuesta del público, los profesionales del arte y la crítica está siendo muy positiva y vemos cómo este proyecto ocupa un lugar creciente entre los contenidos y agendas de los principales medios de comunicación.

Para la 12ª edición de la Feria de Arte Contemporáneo Art Madrid, desarrollada entre los días 22 y 26 de febrero en la Galería de Cristal de CentroCentro Cibeles, se han acreditado más de 200 periodistas nacionales e internacionales, entre los que hemos advertido un aumento de medios locales de toda la geografía española (enfocados a cubrir la información relativa a las galerías llegadas de Asturias, Castilla y León, Cataluña, Valencia, Murcia o Sevilla) y un aumento significativo de corresponsales extranjeros, especialmente de profesionales alemanes, rusos, japoneses, chinos y latinoamericanos.

Art Madrid’17 ha contado con un media-partner oficial, Cultura Inquieta, medio digital de referencia que ha cubierto tanto el programa paralelo de la feria, dedicado este año a #ArteyTecnología, como el programa y actividades propias de la feria de arte, y gracias al que se han generado cerca de 3.000.000 de impactos y más de 79.000 interacciones entre Facebook, Twitter e Instagram.

OTRAS FERIAS ADEMÁS DE ARCO

Las ferias surgidas al calor de Arco componen un mosaico heterodoxo, con la presencia de centenares de ar­ tistas cuya producción va de lo mu­ seable a lo abiertamente comercial.

Para todos los gustos, casi todas estas ferias tienen el atractivo añadido de encontrarse en el centro de la ciudad, como Just Madrid, en la calle Horta­ leza,enCOAM,dondeporoctavoaño intentará sorprendernos con el arte más actual, lo que casi siempre consi­ gue, dada la irregularidad de esta fe­ ria,dondeenlasúltimasedicionesto­ do se mezcla. Una opción muy espe­ rada, tras su debut el año pasado y su exportación a otros países, es la feria especializada en dibujo contemporá­ neo Drawing Room Madrid, en el ba­ rrio de Salamanca. Una feria bien se­ leccionada y fácil de disfrutar, 30 ar­ tistasde20galeríaseuropeas;destaca Trinta con obra de Eva Lootz y Pa­ menPereira,lasantanderinaSiboney con Florentino Díaz y Daniel Verbis, y Yusto/Giner con Ángela Agrela.

Esteañoseestrenandosnuevasfe­ rias: Hybrid, en el hotel Petit Palace Santa Bárbara, seis proyectos de es­ pacios de arte híbridos de Madrid ocupando tres habitaciones con arte emergente. Y Urvanity, que ha levan­ tadoexpectación,yaqueenelPalacio de Neptuno podrá verse obra de Banksy y otros artistas urbanos como JefAerosol,D*FaceoJonOne,deuna docena de galerías internacionales.

Por último, Flecha, Feria de Libera­ ción de Espacios Comerciales Hacia el Arte, hasta el 5 de marzo en elCen­ tro Comercial Arturo Soria Plaza, y que este año homenajea al fallecido pintordelamovidaElHortelano;por su falta de selección a esta feria se la considera una flecha perdida. |

La Feria Internacional de la Edición Contemporánea de Barcelona ArtsLibris partici­ pa por segundo año en Arco, con una oferta editorial cen­ trada en publicaciones de arte, fotolibros, libros de artista y ediciones especiales de artista en otros formatos; en total, 24 editoriales inter­ nacionales, entre las que España, Italia y Francia son los países más representados, y con la asistencia de las editoriales argentinas Big Sur Books, Del Infinito e Instan­ tes Gráficos, dentro de la presencia de este país como invitado en Arco.

Dirigida por la galerista y editora Rocío Santa Cruz, ArtsLibris quiere ser un espacio de encuentro de aficionados y público y al mismo tiempo plataforma de todos los sectores implicados, desde autores a editoriales, para facilitar la difusión de estas obras y la colaboración con otros sectores relaciona­ dos con el arte contemporá­ neo. A la presencia de ArtsLi­ bris en Arco seguirá el próxi­ mo mes de abril, entre los días 21 y 23, la celebración de la 8 edición de la Feria Arts­ Libris en Arts Santa Mònica, en Barcelona. Entre las edito­ riales presentes en Arco estarán Raíña Lupa, Sic\Art Edicions o Círculo del Arte.

Además, es intere­ sante el programa One Project, la apuesta por el arte joven que acoge a artistas que participan con un pro­ yecto específico; en la presente edi­ ciónelprogramapresentaunaselec­ ción de ocho artistas españoles y latinoamericanos que mediante tra­ bajos en un formato solo­show refle­ xionan sobre los conceptos de terri­

torio, desplazamiento e identidad.

En el programa general de Art Madrid’17 participa una nutrida representación de galerías procedentes de toda España, retrato de la variedad y calidad de nuestros artistas contemporáneos y emergentes; y una buena muestra de galerías extranjeras. En total, en esta edición participan un 30% de nuevas galerías.

Siguiendo la iniciativa del mecenazgo, Francisco Daurella, en el año 2009, decide crear la FUNDACIÓN FRAN DAUREL en Madrid, para la que se recupera una casa de uso privado de 2.000 m2 con 1.000 m2 de jardín, se rehabilita y acondiciona para transformarla en Casa-Museo, la misma en sus instalaciones acoge diferentes salas expositivas, una sala para exposiciones temporales y una sala polivalente para actos culturales de diferentes índoles. El eje principal de la colección es dar una visión dinámica de lo sucedido entre finales del siglo XIX y mediados del siglo XX, hacerse una idea de la influencia del Mediterráneo, incorporando incluso en la misma la influencia francesa, con artistas como Sorolla, Nonell, Casas, Mir, Renoir, Anglada Camarasa, Torres García, Caputo etc. hasta completar una colección de mas de 250 obras.

La feria de arte contemporáneo Art Madrid celebra su decimosegunda edición del 22 al 26 de febrero de 2017 en la Galería de Cristal de CentroCentro Cibeles, con 43 galerías y una significativa participación de expositores internacionales.

«Ya hemos vendido obras de los dos artistas que hemos traído a Madrid: Robert Ferrer i Martorell y Rubén Torras Llorca». Lo afirmó ayer el galerista Pep Llabrés, durante la segunda jornada de la feria Art Madrid, que se celebra hasta el domingo en la Galería de Cristal del Palacio de Cibeles. «Hay bastante afluencia de público, tal vez este sea el año de cierta recuperación», apuntó. Por otra parte, ayer, mientras Iñaki Urdangarín acudía a la Audiencia de Palma, los Reyes inauguraban Arco, la feria internacional de arte contemporáneo que es el centro de irradiación para el mercado del arte que ocupa esta semana la capital. Lo hacían en compañía del presidente argentino, Mauricio Macri, y su esposa, Juliana Awada. Su país es el invitado de este año al evento.

«Esta es la tercera edición a la que acudo y las perspectivas son mejores que en 2016; si Arco se recupera, nosotros también lo notaremos», señaló Llabrés.

«Hay que estar en Madrid». Ya le ha surgido un proyecto para desarrollar en el hall e interior de un hotel con trabajos de Ferrer i Martorell, uno de los artistas jóvenes con mayor proyección del país, especializado en abstracción y esculturas geométricas.

La consellera de Cultura del Govern balear, Ruth Mateu, visitó anteayer el estand de la galería de Llabrés, donde destacó las creaciones del artista valenciano, afincado en Mallorca, que en marzo y abril protagonizará una residencia en Lima dirigida por el coleccionista Alberto Rebaza.

Torras Llorca, que también ha suscitado el interés de coleccionistas nacionales, es un pintor asiduo a la Isla. «Presentamos una serie denominada Iconoclasta, un juego de tela, madera, pintura y geometría».

Por su parte, Bernardí Roig, que como ayer ya informó este diario hace doblete en Arco, habló de la llamativa pieza que muestra en el apartado Proyectos

Especiales. «Esta obra está compuesta por las letras del luminoso Cuidado con la Cabeza que estuvo en la fachada de la Sala Alcalá 31, de la Comunidad de Madrid, de abril a Julio de 2016, con motivo de mi exposición individual.

El 10 de febrero de 1982, un reducido grupo de galeristas se dieron cita en el Palacio de Exposiciones de la Castellana: era el estreno de Arco.

Hoy, tras 35 ediciones, la feria no es la única cita con el arte. Madrid se convierte en centro neurálgico de la vanguardia artística este mes, donde los amantes del arte se deleitan en galerías, palacios, museos... Schöne Künste in Madrid Zahlreiche Galerien aus Valencia, Murcia und Sevilla kommen zur Arco und den anderen Kunstmessen in der Hauptstadt Clementine Kügler Madrid In den Tagen vom 22. bis 26. Februar hat Madrid die zeitgenössische Kunst in all ihren Facetten gefeiert. Sogar Urban oder Street Art, die sich eigentlich durch Graffiti an Hausfassaden und Eisenbahnwaggons einen Namen macht, wird salonfähig präsentiert. Im Palacio Neptuno, neben dem glamourösen Palace Hotel, wird Street Art auf Leinwänden angeboten. Die Messe Urvanity findet zum ersten Mal statt und hat von Stadtreinigern gefürchtete GraffitiMeister wie Banksy oder D*face im Angebot.

JustMadrid im Sitz der Architektenkammer wartet mit über 30 Galerien und einer Just Tech genannten Sektion für neue Medien auf. Im Hotel Petit Palace Santa Bárbara findet Hybrid statt, die sich auf Musik und Performance spezialisiert. Sie alle sind mitten im Stadtzentrum bei sonnigem Wetter zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Der Star aber ist und bleibt die Arco im außerhalb gelegenen Ma-

drider Messegelände, die mit 200 Galerien einen gewaltigen Einblick in die internationale Gegenwartskunst und Meister des 20. Jahrhunderts bietet.

Nachdem in den vergangenen Jahren bis zu 221 Galerien teilnahmen, sind es in diesem Februar „nur“ 200, davon 164 im Hauptprogramm. 34 Prozent stammen aus Spanien, hauptsächlich aus Madrid und Barcelona, aber auch der Norden, Mallorca, Valencia
