ALO, 2012. Self-management, negotiations and resistances.
El fuerte sentido de la organización comunitaria en la región latinoamericana seguramente es, en parte, consecuencia de una histórica ausencia de Estado. Ello ha dado lugar a una compleja y rica variedad de estructuras organizativas de base: desde las comunitarias, identificadas por compartir una identidad previa, como el barrio, una religión o un gremio; a las colectivas identificadas por la variedad de orígenes e identidades de sus integrantes, unidos en torno a un objetivo en común (Delgado,2003).
The strong sense of community organization in the Latin American region surely is, in part, the consequence of the historical absence of the State. This has given way to a complex and rich variety of grassroots groups; from the community-based, focused on sharing a prior identity, such as the barrio, a religion or a guild; to the collectives identified by the variety of origins and identities of its members, united around a common objective (Delgado, 2003).
Ambas formas de organización se hibridan en el Alto Fucha de forma crítica, creativa y afectiva, con un objetivo común vinculado a un derecho a la ciudad que incluye el derecho a la permanencia en el barrio y a la autogestión política, social, cultural y medioambiental del territorio. A continuación, se exponen las que mas involucración han tenido en este proceso.
Both forms of organization are hybridizations found in Alto Fucha in critical, creative and affective forms with a common objective linked to the rights to the city which include the right to remain in their barrio and the political, social, cultural and environmental self-management of the territory. Upon continuation, we will present other involvements in this process.
