The proposals are based on generating various options on the façade, using two contrasting mood boards As a first option we have stone as the main material, then a façade with materials such as apparent concrete
EXSOME RAMOS HOUSE Project located in the Punta Tiburon subdivision, with a construction area of 634.08 m2 and a land area of 1000 m2, generating an industrial type façade with frames with matt black finish frames and a mixed structural system with a metal skeleton, ribbed slab and concrete reinforcements Currently it is already in its beginnings of work.

FORMATIVE EDUCATION CENTER FOR YOUTH IN A STATE OF HOMELESSNESS, LOCATED IN VERACRUZ.
It is based on a project combining a community and an organization that is in charge of giving support to young people in a state of vulnerability, that is, those who present a case of extraordinary situation (orphans, homeless or abused). Within this project, the possibilities of merging a children's home and a job training center were contemplated, so that young people in this situation have the opportunity to receive education and training in different sectors of work depending on their profile. This architectural project is integrated with workshops, classrooms, common rooms, orchards, which enable the sustainability of the site and those who inhabit it
