สวัสดีค่ะ มวลมิตรโรแทเรียนที่รัก

Fellow Rotarians,

การผลักดันให้ โครงการการผลิตน�้ำดื่มให้กับผู้ประสบมหาอุทกภัย จาก ภาค 3330 ที่แต่ละฝ่ายได้ช่วยกันอย่างขันแข็งนั้น นอกจากสโมสรต่างๆ ใน ภาคแล้ว สโมสรคู่มิตรของแต่ละสโมสร จากประเทศมาเลเซีย ภาค 3300 และ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ก็ได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือผ่านมามากมาย ทราบได้จาก รายงานของท่าน ผวล.นพ.สงวน คุณาพร แล้ว บก.เป็นผู้หนึ่งที่รู้สึกซาบซึ้งใน น�้ำใจของทุกท่าน ขอกล่าวขอบคุณเป็นอย่างสูงแทนผู้ที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือใน ครั้งนี้ อีกไม่ถึง 1 เดือน แล้วซินะคะ เราคงได้พบกันกับการประชุมใหญ่ภาค District Conference ระหว่างวันที่ 16-18 ธันวาคม นี้ ที่โรงแรมสมิหลาบีช แอนด์ รีสอร์ท จ.สงขลา จากการเตรียมรับมือของเจ้าภาพ ทราบมาแว่วๆ ว่า มีผู้ลงทะเบียนแล้วขณะนี้กว่า 500 ท่าน ต้องขอปรบมือให้ทุกท่าน ทุกสโมสร ที่ได้ให้ความส�ำคัญของการเข้าประชุมในครั้งนี้ ท่านจะได้พบกับท่านอดีต ประธานโรตารีสากล ท่านพิชัย รัตตกุล ที่เป็นความพิเศษที่ท่านให้เกียรติแก่ ภาค ในภาคกลางคืนวันที่ 17 พบกับงาน ราตรีผู้ว่าการภาค รับรองว่าต้อง สนุกสุดเหวี่ยง เป็นงานที่ท่านต้องมีเสื้อหรือชุดสดสวยด้วยสีฟ้า หากท่านไม่ได้ เตรียมมา ไม่ต้องกังวล เรามีให้ท่านหาซื้อได้หน้างาน ซึ่งมีมากมายทั้งเครื่อง ประดับ และอาหารพื้นเมือง มุมถ่ายภาพ นวดเท้า พลาดไม่ได้นะคะ อย่าง น้อยๆ ต้องมีให้ท่านติดไม้ติดมือกลับบ้าน อย่าลืมพกสตางค์มาเยอะๆ นะคะ หรือบัตรเครดิต (มีธนาคารให้รูดหลายธนาคารในจังหวัด) ส�ำหรับแขกคู่มิตร ที่ได้เชิญมาร่วมงาน เจ้าภาพได้จัด Trip “กินเที่ยววันเดียวจบ” ในช่วงกลางวัน ฟรี ยกเว้นค่าเข้าชม หากแขกที่จะลงทะเบียนเข้างานราตรีผู้ว่าการภาคอย่าง เดียว ราคาพิเศษท่านละ 500 บาทเท่านั้น กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ที่ อน.อร อนงค์ กูลแก้ว จะได้เตรียมอาหารและสถานที่ให้พอเพียง ยังมีอีกมากมายที่ ไม่ได้กล่าวถึง ติดตามดูได้จากประชาสัมพันธ์ในฉบับนี้และฉบับต่อไปจนถึงวัน งาน ดิฉันชักจะตื่นเต้นที่จะได้พบกับเพื่อนต่างสโมสร ไม่มีอะไรมีเสน่ห์เท่า การได้พบกับเพื่อนและการสร้างมิตรภาพต่างสโมสรอีกแล้ว ถ้าท่านได้เข้ามา เป็นโรตารี ท่านจะพบกับสิ่งดีดีที่หาไม่ได้ง่ายนัก พบกันฉบับหน้าค่ะ

The drive to produce drinking water for flood victims from the District 3330 RI that many sides had helped strongly came from many directions. Apart from various clubs in our district, our sister clubs from D 3300 RI, Malaysia and from Japan also helped a lot. The details can be seen from the report of DGE.Dr.Sanguan Kunaporn. Your Editor-in-Chief is on who appreciates the kindness of all of you and would like to say “thank you very much” on behalf of those who received the helps herewith. In less than a month we will be seeing each other in the District Conference between December 16 – 18 at the Samila Beach & Resort Hotel, Songkhla. From the voice of the host, we have heard that the number of registration is now over 500. A big round of applause to all of you, all clubs, that had given the importance of this conference. You will have a chance to meet PRIP.Bhichai Rattakul, that is a must. On the night of the 17th, there will be a Governor’s Ball, big fun guaranteed. This is the party that you have to wear something “blue”. If you haven’t prepare, don’t worry, we have them on sales in front. There will be lots and lots from decorative items and local food, picture corner, foot massage, etc. You cannot miss, I guarantee that you will have something to take home with, just don’t forget to bring lots of money (major credit card from many banks in the province accepted). For the sister clubs invited, the host had planned a “Single Day Eat and Sightseeing” during the daytime for free (entrance fee not included). For invited guests that wish to just participate the Governor’s Ball, the special price is 500 Baht only. Please make a reservation in advance with PP.Orn-Anong Koonkaew so the host can prepare plenty of food and place. There are more that I cannot mention here, but you can see for yourself in the PR of this issue and the next ones up until the event. I’m really anxious to meet friends from other clubs soon. There is nothing more charming than to meet and build friendship with other clubs. You will meet good things that are hard to come by. See you next issue.

1 ล้านขวด น�้ำดื่มโรตารี สู่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัยไทย 2554 1 Million Bottles - ROTARY Drinking Water to Thai Flood Victims 2011 รายงานครั้งที่ 4 โครงการน�้ำดื่มโรตารีหนึ่งล้านขวดต่อผู้ประสบ อุทกภัยเมืองไทย 16 พ.ย. 2554

เรียนมิตรโรแทเรียนที่รักทุกท่านด้วยความเคารพ มีความคืบหน้าเป็นอย่างมากในโครงการน�้ำดื่มโรตารีหนึ่งล้านขวด ต่อผู้ประสบอุทกภัยเมืองไทยในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ว่ากันว่าคนทุกคน ต้องการน�้ำอย่างน้อยหนึ่งขวดเพื่อที่จะอยู่รอดได้หนึ่งวันหรือ 30 ขวด ต่อหนึ่งเดือน ดังนั้นน�้ำหนึ่งล้านขวดจะให้บริการคนได้มากกว่า 30,000 คน ที่ติดอยู่ในบ้านที่ถูกน�้ำท่วมกว่าหนึ่งเดือน น�้ำที่ได้รับบริจาคจากมา เลย์เซีย หาดใหญ่ กระบี่ ราชบุรี สมุทรสงคราม นครปฐม และรวมกับที่ ผลิตในสมุทรปราการนั้นมี เกิน 200,000 ขวดแล้ว น�้ำ เหล่านี้ได้ถูกน�ำส่งกระจาย ไปยังผู้ประสบอุทกภัยผ่าน เครือข่ายและพันธมิตรของโรตารี อดีตประธานโรตารีสากลพิชัย รัตตกุลได้กรุณาเป็นอย่างยิ่งให้เรา ได้บันทึกค�ำแถลงของท่านในการรับรองโครงการนี้เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว และจะน�ำไปเสนอในการประชุมโอซาก้าโรตารีอินสติติวท์ในญี่ปุ่น สัปดาห์หน้า ผมหวังว่าจะมีข่าวดีเป็นอย่างมากจากงานนี้ ผมอยากจะ ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษไปยังอผภ.ชูอิชิ โคบานาอิ, อผภ.โชอิชิ มาเอกา วะ และดร.โยชิโอะ ซาซายะในการ ประสานงานและแจกจ่ายครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้ นย.อิกูโน สร.โยโกฮาม่ าเวสท์ ภาค 2590 ก็จะบริจาคเงิน 300,000 เยน ผ่านทาง สร.ตรัง ให้ กับโครงการนี้ด้วย ในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาระหว่างวันที่ 12-14 พ.ย. ผวภ.อรชร, ผวล.ขวัญ ชัย, รทร.สรสิทธิ์, อน.วิทยา, อน.อนันต์ และผมได้ไปเยี่ยมบริเวณ ถูกน�้ำท่วมในนครชัยศรี สามพราน พุทธมณฑล และบางเลน ในจังหวัดนครปฐมซึ่งเสียหายอย่างหนักจาก น�้ำที่ไหลลงมาจากภาคกลางของประเทศไทยรวมทั้งกรุงเทพ เราได้ รับการต้อนรับและน�ำพาโดยผู้น�ำของภาคและสโมสรหลายท่านใน นครปฐมเช่น ผชภ.พูนศิริ, ผชภ.ณรงศักดิ์, นย.สุมนต์, นย.ธนัญญา, นย.วัลลภ, นย.พงษ์สันต์, นย.มานพ, นย.วสุวัสส์ เป็นต้น นย.ธิดา และคู่ครองได้กรุณาสนับสนุนค่าที่พักมูลค่า 9,000 บาทที่โรงแรมไม้ แก้วด�ำเนินของท่านในราชบุรีมายังโครงการน�้ำดื่มล้านขวดของเรา

The 4th Report of a campaign “1 Million Bottles” ROTARY Drinking Water to Thai Flood Victims 16 Nov. 2011

Dear all Rotarians with respect There are so much progress of the 1 Million bottles ROTARY Water campaign during the past week. It was said that every people need at least 1 bottle of water to survive for one day or 30 bottles for 1 month. So 1 million bottles can save more than 30,000 people who have been trapped in the houses among the flood for 1 month! The water donated from Rotary in Malaysia, Hadyai, Krabi, Ratchaburi, Samutsongkram, NakornPrathom and combined with production in Samutprakarn exceeded 200,000 bottles already. These water was distributed to the Flood victims through network and allies of Rotary. PRIP Bhichai Rattakul is very kind to allow us to record his speech endorsing the campaign last week and will be presented during the Osaka Rotary Institute, Japan next week. I expect that there will be a great news from this event. I would like to specially thank PDG Shuichi Kobunai, PDG.Shoichi Maekawa and Dr. Yoshio Sasaya on this coordination and contribution. Moreover,P. Ikuno, RC Yokohama West D 2590 is going to donate 300,000JPY through RC Trang for this project. During the past weekend between 12-14 Nov, DG.Orachorn, DGN.Quanchai, RTN.Sorasit, PP.Wittaya, PP.Anan and me visited the flood areas in Nakornchaisri, Sampran, Phuttamonthon and Banglen in Nakronprthom province that have been severely affected from the water drained from the central part of Thailand including Bangkok. We were welcomed and escorted by several District and Club

บีอาร์ทีทรานสปอร์ทและเคพีโอ 178 จากหาดใหญ่ ได้บริจาคน�้ำ 18,000 ขวด และจากการบริหารจัดการของ ผชภ.สุรีย์, อน.เอ็มม่า ได้ส่งไปยังนครปฐมและรับ โดยอผภ.รัตน์มณี ยังมีน�้ำ จาก อน.ประทีป สร.ราชบุรี และ อน.สิรินทิพย์ 105 สร.สมุทรสงครามที่บริจาค ไปยังนครปฐม น�้ำ 72,000 ขวด จาก สร.คูลิม สร.บันดาสุไหง ปัตตานี และ สร.ตันจุงบุ งกา โดยการบริหารของ รทร.อาร์วินด์ ได้มาถึงอผภ.วิชัยและส่งต่อ ไปยังผู้น�ำสโมสรของภาค 3350 กรุงเทพและกองทัพบกไทยเพื่อแจก กระจายไปยังผู้ประสบอุทกภัยในทันที อน.จักจิต ซิงห์ สร.บัตเต อร์เวิร์ธ และ นย.ทีเคเอส จาก สร.บูกิตบินตัง ได้บริจาคเงิน 80,000 บาท และเกือบ 50,000 บาท ผ่าน สร.ทุ่งคา เพื่อโครงการของเรานี้ ในเรื่องของเป้าหมายน�้ำดื่มหนึ่งล้านขวด เรายังได้ติดตั้งหน่วย กรองน�้ำเคลื่อนที่อีก 2 แห่ง เครื่องที่ติดตั้งที่บางเลนได้รับการดูแล โดย อผภ.วิชัย สร.สมุทรปราการ และ นยก.มนตรี จาก สร.

leaders in Nakornprathom such as AG.Poonsiri, AG.Narongsak, P. Sumon, P.Thananya, P.Wallop, P.Pongsan, P.Manop, P.Wasuwat, etc. P.Thida and spouse from RC Potharam kindly donated the accommodation cost of 9,000THB at her Maikhaew Damneon hotel, Ratchaburi to our 1 million bottles project.

BPR Transport and KPO178, Hadyai, donated 18,000 bottles and organized by AG.Suree, PP.Emma sending to the Nakornprathom and accepted by PDG.Ratmanee.There were also water from PP. Pratheep RC Ratchaburi and PP.Sirinthip 105 RC Samutsongkram donated to Nakornprathom. The 72,000 bottles from RC Kulim, RC Bandar Sungai Petani and RC Tanjung Bungah arranged by RTN.Arvind reached PDG. Wichai and passed to Club leaders of D 3350 Bangkok and Thai army for distribution to the flood victims immediately. PP.Jagjit Singh RC Butterworth and P.TKS from RC Bukit Bintang just donated 80,000THB and almost 50,000 THB through RC Tongkah fro our campaign. In spite of the 1 million Bottles target, we have also installed 2

1 ล้านขวด น�้ำดื่มโรตารี สู่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัยไทย 2554 1 Million Bottles - ROTARY Drinking Water to Thai Flood Victims 2011 กาญจนบุรี และได้รับการสรรเสริญชมเชยจากผู้คนและชุมชนที่นั่น เครื่องที่นครชัยศรีได้ขอยืมมาจาก รทร.พิสิษฐ์ สร.อันดามันและได้ เริ่มผลิตน�้ำดื่มชั่วโมงละ 1,000 ลิตร ตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 พ.ย. มีคน ประมาณห้าถึงหกหมื่นคนในบริเวณนั้นที่ได้รับประโยชน์จากเครื่อง กรองน�้ำนี้ เรามีแผนที่จะย้ายทั้งสองเครื่องนี้ไปอีกหลายบริเวณเพื่อ ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด เรือกู้ภัย 2 พร้อมเครื่องได้ถูกน�ำไปใช้โดยองค์กรบริหารส่วน ต�ำบลในบางเลนและพุทธมณฑลในภารกิจปฐมพยาบาลและกู้ภัย ในวันศุกร์ที่ 18 พ.ย. นี้ น�้ำ 40,000 ขวดแรกที่ผลิตในภูเก็ตจะ พร้อมส่งไปยังนครปฐมและกรุงเทพและจากนั้นจะได้กระจายผ่าน เครือข่ายและพันธมิตรของเราไปถึงมือผู้ประสบอุทกภัยที่ยังต้องการ น�้ำดื่มสะอาดอยู่ เกี่ยวกับภาคอื่นๆ ในประเทศไทย ภาค 3340 ได้บริจาคเงิน

100,000 บาท และภาค 3360 ได้บริจาค 25,000 บาทเข้าสู่บัญชีของ โครงการของเรา และยังมีการบริจาคจากสโมสรโรตารีในภาค 3330 เข้าสู่โครงการอย่างต่อเนื่อง สุดสัปดาห์นี้ ในวันที่ 19 พ.ย. สโมสร โรตารี 6 สโมสรในจังหวัดภูเก็ตจะจัดโชว์คาบาเรต์เพื่อการกุศลและ คาดว่าจะหาเงินได้ประมาณ 300,000 บาทเข้าสู่โครงการ ถ้าผมพลาดอะไรไปในรายงานฉบับนี้ ผมยินดีต้อนรับฟีดแบคจาก ทุกท่านและจะอัพเดทให้ในรายงานฉบับหน้า เรายังได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างดีจากโรแทเรียนทั้งไทย มาเลย์เซีย และญี่ปุ่นที่มาช่วยเราให้บรรลุเป้าหมายนี้ กับงบประมาณในปัจจุบัน เรามั่นใจว่าเราจะสามารถ ท�ำได้ 600,000 ขวดภายใน เดือนนี้ เรายังท�ำงานกัน อย่างหนักเพื่อหาทุนที่จะ ท�ำให้ส�ำเร็จเป้าหมายหลัก ของเราโดยเร็ว

mobile units of water purification. The one installed in Banglen is supervised by PDG.Wichai RC Samutprakarn and CP. Montri of RC Karnchanaburi and is praised by the people and community there. The one in Nakornchaisri is borrowed from RTN.Pisit RC Andaman and started producing water 1,000 Litres per hour since 13 Nov. There is approx. 5,0006,000 people in that community who are benefit from this water purification unit. We have a plan to move these 2 units to several areas for maximal efficacy. The 2 Rescue boats with engine have been used by the local administration offices in Banglen and Phuttamonthon for emergency medical mission and rescue. On this Friday 18 Nov., the first 40,000 bottles produced in Phuket will be ready to transfer to Nakornprathom and Bangkok and then will be spread through our network and allies and then reaching the victims those still need clean water for drinking. Regarding other Districts in Thailand, D 3340 donated 100,000 THB and D 3360 just donated 25,000 THB to our project account. There has also contribution by Rotary clubs in D 3330 to the project continuously. This weekend, 19 Nov., all 6 Rotary clubs in Phuket will hold the charity cabaret show and expect to raise approx. 300,000THB for the project. If I miss anything in this report, I welcome every feedback from everyone and will update it in the next report. We still have a great support from either Thai, Malaysian and Japanese Rotarians on helping us to achieve the goal. With the current budget now, we are positive that we can reach 600,000 bottles totally within this month. We are still working very hard to raise the money to achieve our milestone soon.

The Rotary clubs in District 3330 RI, Malaysia, had assigned the RC of Prasamutchedi to hand 72,000 bottles of drinking water to 9 RC clubs in Dhonburi which insist of RC of Dhonburi, RC of Charoennakhon, RC of Bangkok Bangkhunthien, RC of Prapokklao Dhonburi, RC of Prapinklao Dhonburi, RC of Bangkae Dhonburi 50, RC of Taksin Dhonburi, RC of Dhonburi West and RC of Nongkhaem to receive the drinking water and hand out to flood victims in Dhonburi communities with PDG.Krai Tangsanga of D 3350 as the presiding chairman at the King Chomklao Technological University, Dhonburi Campus on November 12, 2011.

นายกกชกร ตี้กุล สโมสรอินเตอร์แรค์ทโรงเรียนสตรีภูเก็ต ในอุปภัมภ์ของ สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ต ได้รวบรวมเงินบริจาคเพื่อโครงการ “หนึ่งล้านขวด น�้ำ ดื่มโรตารี สู่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัยไทย 2554“ จ�ำนวนเงิน 27,420 บาท มอบแก่ นายกกิตติพงศ์ องค์วิมลการ สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ต เมื่อวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2554 ณ ห้องบอลลูม โรงแรมเพิร์ล P.Kotchakorn Teekul of the Interact Club of Satree Phuket School under the tutelage of RC of Phuket had gathered donation for the “1 Million Bottles, Rotary Drinking Water to Flood Victim in Thailand 2011” project the sum of 27,420 Baht and given to P. Kittipong Ongwimolkarn of RC of Phuket on November 9, 2011 at Ballroom, Pearl Hotel.

Prof.Montri Norplae, the center’s manager was the representative who received the money from P.Narun Koysomboon on November 11, 2011.
