FITNESS CENTER WEEKLY CLASSES

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, fitness classes will not take place November 20-24

LUNCHTIME YOGA

Open for all yoga levels.

Come participate in Lunchtime Yoga for a calming and rejuvenating experience.

KICKBOXING

TUESDAY & THURSDAY 3:45-4:30 Learn how to kick, punch, knee, elbow, defense and counters in this total fitness workout by our certified instructor.

For new participants, please arrive 15 minutes early for orientation.

Intramural Flag Football Intramural Flag Football kicked off on October 11 with games scheduled through November 13.

Fall Fun Run Arnold Fitness Center encouraged AEDC to participate in it's annual Fall Fun Run on October 4! Thirtyfive participants ran or walked 2 laps around the Fitness Center Outdoor Trail that total a distance of 3.5 miles!

60 Day Weight Loss Challenge From August to September the Arnold Fitness Center completed the fall 60 Day Weight Loss Challenge. 23 participants took on the challenge to lose the highest percentage of total body weight lost. Top Male - Bud Schell Top Female - Calista Pew

The next 60 Day Weight Loss Challenge will occur from January-February 2024!

ARNOLD AFB SPORTS DAY Services hosted its annual Sports Day event for AEDC on October 3, that brought TSD, Wing Staff, and the 804th together for some tough competition. It started with opening remarks from the AEDC Commander, Colonel Gordon, and a Fun Run. The day heated up with

competition in Volleyball, Pickleball, and Axe Throwing. Lunch was provided by Services,

allowing time to relax and recharge. Finals for Volleyball and Pickleball kicked off the

afternoon. Point Grab and the Dunk Tank was introduced this year, and those not competing enjoyed yard games. The day culminated with a three way Tug of War where

the 804th took the win and held the most points. Congratulations to them for their backto-back AEDC Sports Day wins!
