Finalists 40 MOLLE STREET REDEVELOPMENT 40 Molle Street, Hobart TAS The project involved the conversion of an old 1899 heritage building, previously utilised as an automotive bodywork shop, into a multi-use development, featuring retail tenancies, offices and child care while still being sympathetic to the heritage and age of the building. The project team was focused on the delivery of a ‘whole of site’ development ensuring the existing architecture and structural components were retained whilst providing a modern and contemporary space.
