Tenant Engagement

As Armada Hoffler continues to offer the highest quality living experience, we value the opportunity to hear directly from our residents. We conduct annual resident satisfaction surveys at all multifamily properties, which allows us the ability to receive quantitative feedback on overall resident satisfaction, quality of communication and responsiveness, property management and maintenance, condition of amenities, and value for money.

We also monitor our ORA Power Ranking scores, compiled by J. Turner Research, for each multifamily property. Throughout the entire year in 2022, 100% of our multifamily properties kept a score above the national average of 57.04. On top of this, three of our properties landed a spot on the Elite 1% Power List, which is a tremendous honor. The ORA Power Ranking is the multifamily industry’s standard to measure and benchmark a property’s online reputation.
