MOREIRA’S FAMILY RESIDENCE/2022
Location: Esmeraldas, Ecuador
Participation: I was responsible for the architectural design and graphic representation of this project.
Project Overview: This project arose from the requirement of accommodating a two-family household, comprising three generations – children, parents, and grandparents. The parents and children inhabit the right wing, while the grandparents reside in the left wing. While both wings offer a sense of privacy, they are seamlessly connected through shared social spaces.

Project Overview: This project emerged from the requirements of a multigenerational family that includes a mother, grandmother, and children, with the grandmother having physical limitations. The design of this house caters to the specific needs of its occupants, providing them with a secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space.

REMODELING ROSERO’S FACADE /2021
Location: Quevedo, Los Rios, Ecuador
Participation: I was responsible for the remodeling of the main façade of the Rosero family house. Project Overview: The need for this project arose when the property was acquired by the owners, as it did not reflect their style nor meet their requirements. Through the remodeling process, we achieved larger windows, a habitable terrace, and a style that better aligned with the preferences of the owners.

Project Overview: This project was initiated in response to the property owner’s desire to generate income from the extensive property. To maximize its potential, we designed a family recreational complex, which includes sports fields, a swimming pool, a dance floor, a dining room, and a BBQ area.
