Dear Editor, Dear Editor,
I would like to help fill in one of the missing names on the old photograph which appeared in the July issue of the Arlesey News Magazine.

The girl stood tenth in line was in fact my late wife Betty Cooper, nee Gillespie.
Kind regards Mr Cooper. Next month I shall arrive at one of those 'milestone' birthdays. I'll be 80 and I would like to celebrate it by holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning at the Salvation Army Hall in Stotfold. I have many friends in Arlesey and would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to come aong. I have much to thank Macmillan for over the last three years and would like to raise funds to help the Charity. The details are as follows:
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Saturday, 17th September, from 10am at The Salvation Army Hall, Church Road. Stotfold- Coffee, Cakes and Things. I hope to see you there. Best regards,
John Street
Dear Editor,
I am an author and, am wondering if any of your readers have any information on the Stotfold Feast? I know some people in Arlesey may have lived in Stotfold in the past or indeed attended this event as I believe it was very popular locally.
I would be greatful for any information that can be provided. Kind regards Claire
Editors note: If anyone has any details they are able to pass on to us, we will make sure that Claire receives them.
