What we do with our thoughts and feelings, especially the difficult ones directly influence our motivation, passion, commitment, desire, and agency for living our lives in line with our values and vision.

Therefore, throughout February I am offering the equivalent of a detox for the mind and heart via a short daily video in the form of a quote, picture, question, or similar designed to RE-IGNITE your spark for life. It is true for us all that the ongoing challenges of life, like this pandemic, can dampen or even extinguish our spark, leaving us going through the motions.

When we cease to see the magic amidst the mundane, it is time to RE-IGNITE the spark of life by cultivating healthy habits that highlight that which brings us to life and that which does not.

All too often the deprivation associated with January; don’t drink, eat meat, or sugar or whatever else often results in a swift return to all upon the arrival of February.
