But that’s exactly what they’re serving at the beautiful Sparkill Steakhouse. Owners Sal Derguti and Carlo Cungu have lengthy experience at the legendary Spark's Steakhouse in Manhattan. Carlo was the wine buyer and manager there and Sal worked there for many years. Sal told us: "Many people have told us this is the best steakhouse in the county. We have a banquet room for 150 guests, a 35 person semi-private window dining room and a 25 person party wine cellar with TV, that is often used for corporate events.” This is a great place for that special Holiday occasion. Sal commented: “We will have live music and specials throughout the Holidays. You will love our prime aged meat, Porterhouse steak and prime sirloin. “We have a prix-fixe three-course lunch for $21.95 Monday through Friday.
