ith a newly completed $1.5M renovation project, and an unwavering commitment to customer service, it’s easy to see why Audi Nyack is the third-fastest growing dealership in the United States. Family owned and operated, the Pepe Auto Group just celebrated its one-year anniversary in the new space. The Pepe Group owns five luxury automotive dealerships in Westchester, and this first Rockland County location is on track to lead the way, with numbers up a staggering 116% from just one year ago. The light-filled hangar-style showroom boasts spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. Audi’s welcoming hostess greets customers and offers cold beverages. An in-house boutique showcases luxurious merchandise ranging from clothing to vehicle accessories and personal accessories. The nearby waiting area boasts a sleek redesign that blends luxury and functionality; high-top workstations offer charging bases and there are spacious desk areas, just steps away from an extensive refreshment station complete with coffee bar, cold drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit. “We watched how customers do business with us, and we noticed a lot of people bring their cars in and then stay to work,” says Jimmy Macagna, Audi Nyack’s general manager. The amenities don’t stop there. Macagna adds, “For convenience, we offer pick up and drop off for our customers. We pick their car up from their house, drop them off a loaner car and drop their car off when it’s done. They never have to come into the dealership.” Additionally, Audi Nyack offers a shuttle service for those customers needing to leave the site. “We can shuttle you anywhere,” says Macagna. Part of the facility redesign included a complete lighting overhaul. “We converted every light in here to low-energy LED lights. We had in mind to be efficient and sustainable and responsible. We actually partnered with Orange & Rockland Utility Company,” shares Jimmy Macagna. Speaking of local partnering, Audi Nyack is not just located in the community, but prides itself on being part of the community. Audi works together with local charities, schools, and community groups to make a difference, and the dealership is a proud supporter of organizations such as Good Samaritan Hospital, Keep Rockland Beautiful, and South Orangetown Little League, among others. December is the perfect time to capitalize on the Season of Audi event that presents the best offers of the year. The experienced sales staff are eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with customers. As Macagna says, “Our customer service is paramount. Anyone can buy a car anywhere, but our goal is to provide customers with a luxury experience. We are doing a lot of great things here and we want to keep our customers coming back.” RivertownMagazine.com / 33
