Good mental health is defined as a state of mental well -being, a condition in which you experience no psychiatric disorders and are able to function normally in daily life. It includes a wide range of aspects, from having a healthy attitude towards mental disorders to a range of other areas, including physical health, sexual health, and family relationships. Good mental health can be described in various ways, but here are some tips that can help you maintain a good mental state. One of the first signs of good mental health is resilience. Basically, resilience refers to the ability to handle challenges in life and not become overwhelmed when things go wrong. However, it should be understood that good mental health doesn't mean that you have to be cheerful all the time - bad stuff happens to everyone. Developing a strong sense of resilience is a skill that can be developed through practice. Resilience training is an excellent way to increase your overall well-being and motivation.
