EXERCISE 1. Light activity: slow level walking with a walking aid, and /or accompanied by an attendant.
2. Moderate Intensity: Brisk walking under 3 miles / hour, cycling under 10 miles / hour, playing doubles tennis, push ups, rope skipping, fast dancing, gardening
3. Intense physical activity: walking very briskly /race walking. Jogging, running, Swimming , Tennis (singles), Brisk dancing, Rope jumping, Cycling 10+ miles / hour
