iXCampus
iXcampus, a techonolgical and universitary campus, is an exchange place between different componants of a company, form research to teaching. In 2025, it visions to welcome students and employees. The project includes the construction of news buildings and the extensions of the ones remaining.
The Pavillon Est is a higher education establishment for researchers located in the west part of the site. By standing back regarding to the Est side of the site it creates an open and generous wide vegetated forecourt that signal the entrance of the building and that generate a smooth transition to both campus and street. The shape of the building follows the morphology of the parcel and replicate the parallelepiped height wise: concave curved roof.
Meeting the RE2020, passivhaus and BBCA standards, the building is designed using solid stone, a sustainable and responsible construction system. The facades are drawn with a regular rhythm of 2m, like a checkerboard, they alternate between the full (stone block) and the empty (wood panel integrating a glass frame).
The massive stone dresses and carries the project to honor the various monuments of suitable materiality and to privilege the presence of the quarries bordering the commune of Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL SPORTS HALL AND SPORT CENTER
Located in Tremblay-en-France, Entrance of the Grand Paris, Le Colisee is an arena with maximum capacacity of 9 000. It is made of 2 halls: a sport center and a multifunctional sports hall with respective capacity of 2000 and 7000.
The multifuntional sport hall is an entirely modular hall that can host concerts, shows, and main sports event. It is composed of three floors that are made of both concrete and steel. The 25-meter high and 100-meter-wide façade is entirely open to the parvis, which gives it a monumental character. It is composed by concrete scales in all its height, a raw earth coating on the ground floor, metal cladding on the parking side and at the top of the building, and triple height glazed in all the perimeter.
The sport center keeps a more human scale, seeking a balance between a building that is emblematic of a neighborhood, on the square side, and soft lines, without too much height, on the street side. Favoring a fluidity between the inside and the outside, this room is developed in 2 floors, with a wood-concrete structure, walls on the first floor built with raw earth bricks from the Atelier Cycle Terre de Sevran, and unlike the multipurpose room, its facade is all in raw earth plaster.
The Colisée Grand Paris will be the first arena to be built from raw earth, a choice that will promote short supply chains, the reuse of excavated material from the Grand Paris Express construction sites and the creation of local jobs in the circular economy.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM AND LABORATORY
During the last civic-military dictatorship (1976-1983) in the city of Buenos Aires, a basement called “Club Atlético” functioned as a clandestine repression center under a building belonging to the Federal Police Service. It is estimated that around 1,500 people remained kidnapped and tortured in the “Atlético”, persecuted for their political and social militancy. Most of them are still missing.
This building was demolished when the 25 de Mayo Highway was built, leaving the remains of the clandestine center buried. Today archaeological excavation activities are carried out for the preservation and dissemination of the memory.
In support of these archaeological excavations, the construction of a new urban icon is proposed, a space for the collection, investigation and dissemination of the events that occurred.
BUDGET
The project is resolved on the ground floor, adapting to the limits of the highway, leaving a public access square on Av. Paseo Colon. The entrance hall, a triple height space, functions as an urban landmark in the city.
The program consists of exhibition hall, audotrium, administrative and laboratory areas. The work and research sector is organized in relation to the excavation site, allowing the archaeological process to function both autonomously and also be part of the public experience of the visit to the complex.

The investigation resulted in a systematic construction piece, a design so simple that it only makes sense when it is inserted into the urban fabric and is struck by the contextual situations.
Respecting the height limits, the building gets closed to the existing built volumetry, leaving a wide green corridor. This new public space allows a new perspective to Palacio Sarmiento (Ministry of Education), expanding the green area and giving air to Avenida Cordoba. The atrium of the Parroquia del Carmen church is replicated mirring the empty space, creating a new atrium of larger surface area. In this way, the ground floor is free to give way to social agglomeration: gastonomic and commercial activities, recreation in public space and celebrations of the church.
It is a building that is developed in practically equal layers. The difference is in the interior / exterior limits that change according to the activity of each level. As an accessory, a tectonic façade was designed made up of metal profiles that vary subtly in their arrangement according to factors such as: sunlight, program and context.
The reason for the project started as the piece itself, but it became the value and meaning that the building gives to the urban environment.

The Parque de la Cultura is located next to the Parque España in the neighborhood of Barracas. The objective of the intervention is to build a new urban icon that houses the new offices of the Ministry of Culture of the city and at the same time expands and strengthens an existing cultural asset, allowing the integration of public space with new mixed cultural programs, the project is developed in three stages.
The first building is a Art School in one level, composed of an arts and crafts training center aimed at the conservation and restoration of cultural assets of heritage value.
The second construction consists of the San Martín Theater School of Contemporary Dances, the Ariel Fufano Puppetry School and a Circus School. These disciplines are developed in a single building with several levels, the dance halls are located on the ground floor and the basement, the puppet workshops on the first level and the circus area on the second level.
Finally, the complex is completed with the new main office of the Ministry of Culture. The project is implanted in a drop of two meters facing the street, which allows direct access to the center of the park. The rest of the building is resolved into standard floors for the administrative areas, common spaces and coworking rooms.

GASTRONOMY IN THE METRO STATION CROIX ROUGE
Winner of the Reinventer Paris 2 contest, “Terminus” is an reappropriation of an architectural, cultural and emblematic heritage: a parisian metro station Croix-Rouge, an old terminus of line 10, that has been closed since 1939.
This place seeks to reinvent the subway and turn it into a place of life, rooted in the history of the district but also orienting it towards a future eco-responsible, participative and inventive paris.
Located under the carrefour de la Croix Rouge, the old metro station offers a unique experience that, accompanied by an underground tour, revolves around 2 concepts: on one side, a market walkway with a popular food court and on the other, a restaurant and cocktail bar.
This place is designed as a pilot project, an exceptional concept located in the heart of one of the emblems of Paris.

Restrictions and pre-existence.
The place is a space surrounded by large trees that becomes unavoidable pre-existences. The regulations of the lot allow to build over a space of 14m x 14m in two height levels as a maximum. A challenge then arises: how to give air and space to a deep floor? The answer lies in the provision of a series of voids, which fulfill the double role of organizing the different functional spaces and relating them to the pre-existing trees.
The solid and the membrane.
To a solid volumetric organization, intervened only with perforation operations, a continuous metallic enclosure system is superimposed on the first floor. A sheet that has been intervened by an oxidation process is a smooth sheet coating on the walls and perforated shutters in the intimate spaces.
The fuzzy limits.
The organization of full and empty generates a visual continuity between the spaces. The glazed gardens are linked to open spaces that allow a broad perspective, generating a system of cross visions in which the boundaries are diffused and extend the different areas.
