Rivière Constructions is a division of Aria Property Group. With overarching principles of integrity, innovation, safety, quality and value, Rivière has been established to deliver Aria Property Group's boutique developments to align with their values of Family, Passion and Legacy.
Founded in March 2022 through adversity on our Rivière by Aria, Kangaroo Point project, Aria Property Group successfully transitioned, launched Rivière Constructions and completed the award-winning building with all staff, subcontractors and suppliers who started the project.
Rivière Constructions and Aria Property Group are proud of the relationships built on the Rivière Apartments project. We ensured that all subcontractors and suppliers were not financially burdened through the insolvency of the incumbent contractor. Rivière was rewarded with the support to successfully deliver the project on time and on budget, thereby creating industry relationships that are the foundation of our strategy moving forward.
The success of the team approach with our subcontractors and suppliers on Rivière by Aria resulted in Rivière Constructions being awarded winner of the 2023 UDIA Queensland Award for Construction Excellence.
Rivière Constructions provides Aria Property Group with full project lifecycle ownership by allowing the group to develop, build and operate their portfolio of developments from inception through to operational life cycle alongside the Aria Living brand.

To achieve this commitment, Rivière has implemented and complies with risk management strategies to identify and manage Workplace Health and Safety risk obligations. These strategies will continually improve through consultation and communication of Workplace Health and Safety issues.
Rivière believes that safety is a shared responsibility between, Rivière Construction's director, senior management, supervisors, employees, contractors and visitors. All relevant personnel and persons will be held accountable to this Workplace Health and Safety Policy and their respective Workplace Health and Safety roles and responsibilities.

Rivière's quality objectives are to complete our projects on time, within budget and defect free. Our strategy is supported by the engagement of third party specialists to peer review our design and construction methodologies.
Our quality system is a result of our commitment to delivering high standards through continually improving our processes and partnering with our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
With the strong financial capacity and the backing of Aria Property Group’s balance sheet, Rivière is in a strong position to deliver certainty of payment and industry leading payment terms which helps to build trust and relationships.
This is a market differentiator for Rivière Constructions where the current market conditions are highlighting the importance of certainty and consistency of payments of full entitlements within agreed time frames. We understand the importance of cash flow and can support our subcontractors and suppliers in this regard to ensure business sustainability and growth. With sustainability in mind, the Rivière team considers material selection, the manufacturing process, location of manufacture, and the methodologies we adopt, to minimise the effects on the communities in which we work and live.
Our commitment to delivering appropriate environmentally sustainable outcomes are achieved through the prevention of environmental noncompliances and reduction in significant environmental impacts because of our operations.
Rivière works proactively with Aria to undertake its business activities with the use of sustainable initiatives whether they be temporary to support our delivery, or permanently delivered in the built form. It is our endeavour to continually seek ways to improve upon our environmental performance.

Following the unexpected challenges with the builder, Rivière Constructions was formed, and construction recommenced with only 5 days lost. All subcontractors were re-engaged for the project which was completed prior to the estimated completion. Rivière’s architecture embodies the unique location of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
