WEIGHTWATCHER: FARASI LANE won off a handicap mark of 89, his rating is now down 9lb to 80. LONGEST TRAVELLER: OVIEDO trained by A Dunn, Wellington, 211 miles.
An interesting handicap to kick off the card. There was plenty to like about the way TRIBAL WISDOM overcame a pace bias over C&D last month, so he’s taken to account for the lightly-raced 3-y-o’s Bin Ajwad and Bella Perla, who are progressing well.
