Proposed design

The design maintains the initial home condition and adds a room (bedroom) on the 2nd oor. There are several design proposals to adjust the need for air circulation, natural lighting and aesthetics: 1 Dismantling some parts of the stairs wall and replaced it with roster (air circulation & natural lighting); 2 Replacing the roof of the stairs to a transparent roof, with 20% transparency level (lighting); 3 The addition of the roster at the top of the 2nd oor (aesthetics);

4 Cabinet under the stairs (storage/warehouse).

Meanwhile, if the 2nd oor structure is declared to be less strong by the contractor, required structural reinforcement in the form of addition of foundations, columns, and beams on the 1st oor.
