Bryan is a seasoned executive and general counsel with a deep background in residential real estate development, capital structuring, and corporate operations. Originally from Waterford, Connecticut, he holds a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, a J.D. from New York Law School, and an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami. His career spans practicing law in NYC, launching a successful residential development firm in Florida, and later holding executive roles in Atlanta’s real estate investment sector. Bryan joined ARC’s executive team to help build a collaborative and culture-driven company, drawing on his leadership, legal expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.
Tim Crisman brings over 15 years of expertise in acquisitions, underwriting, and value-add asset management. With leadership experience at industry leaders like Cortland, Tim has overseen the execution of high-performing investments. His deep knowledge of market analysis, strategic asset repositioning, and portfolio optimization drives ARC’s acquisition strategy. Based in Atlanta, Tim ensures disciplined investment decisions that deliver strong returns for investors.
