Architecture and Design

In the heart of verdant landscapes, where nature and innovation dance in harmony, stands the Experience Centre at Jayabheri The Pinnacle. This sanctuary of elegance and modernity beckons visitors to immerse themselves in the vision of luxurious 4BHK living, nestled within a symphony of architectural brilliance and natural beauty.
I joined the project at the conceptual stage, immersing myself in the intricate world aof architectural details where every corner has been meticulously considered. The journey has been an invaluable learning experience, from the grand visions down to the small yet significant 25mm grooves. This attention to detail has shaped my understanding of how spaces are perceived and experienced. I have poured my efforts into nearly all the drawings, with frequent site visits deepening my connection to the project.
As you approach the Experience Centre, the path guides you through a meticulously designed landscape, a prelude to the marvel that awaits. The site unfolds with a deliberate grace, the parking area seamlessly integrating with the verdant surroundings, ensuring a welcoming arrival. The building itself rises from a raft foundation, a testament to stability and strength. Its form is elongated, stretching out like an inviting arm, clad in the rugged beauty of gabion walls. These walls, filled with the remnants of stones from the site, tell a story of sustainability and respect for the earth, their rough texture contrasting beautifully with the sleek lines of the structure.

Encased in a striking red steel framework, reminiscent of scaffolding, the facade exudes a bold, industrial charm. This skeletal structure is not merely ornamental; it cradles living green walls, where nature finds its way back into the built environment. The red steel and lush greenery create a vibrant dialogue, a dynamic interplay of man-made and organic. Above, the roof is a deck slab, solid and dependable, yet punctuated by two circular openings. These skylights serve a noble purpose, allowing natural light to illuminate the scale models of the Jayabheri The Pinnacle buildings below. It is through these portals that the sun's rays cast a gentle glow on the miniature representations, bringing them to life for all to admire.

The spatial organization is intuitive, with the primary functional areas positioned around the central axis of the building. The scale models of Jayabheri The Pinnacle are strategically placed under the circular skylight openings, ensuring they are bathed in natural light, which enhances their details and brings them to life for the visitors. Adjacent to this central display area, the pool area serves as a tranquil retreat. The water’s surface mirrors the surrounding architecture and landscape, adding an element of calmness and reflecting the intricate red steel framework and the living green walls. This interplay between water, greenery, and industrial materials creates a balanced environment that is both invigorating and relaxing.
The careful consideration of circulation paths within the space ensures that visitors are naturally guided from one experience to the next, with each transition revealing new aspects of the design. The pathways are not just functional routes; they are designed as experiential journeys, where every step offers a new perspective on the architectural and landscape elements.

The site study for the Experience Centre includes key architectural elements such as the skylight cut-out, the steel structure, and the staircase. The skylight cut-out is strategically placed to enhance the natural lighting within the space, creating dynamic light and shadow patterns that evolve throughout the day. This design element not only brightens the interior but also contributes to the overall ambiance, making the space feel more open and connected to the outdoors.
The steel structure is a critical component of the building’s framework, providing both support and aesthetic appeal. Its design ensures stability while allowing for flexibility in the layout and design of interior spaces. The steel staircase, as shown in the images, is both functional and visually striking. It complements the industrial feel of the space while maintaining a sense of lightness, thanks to its open riser design and sleek metal handrails. This combination of elements underscores the project's emphasis on blending structural efficiency with modern design aesthetics.

Nestled in the serene landscape of Shankarpally, Hyderabad, the project stands as a testament to sustainable architecture. This project exudes an earthy elegance, harmoniously blending with its natural surroundings through the use of rammed earth walls.
I had the privilege of joining the Sunitha Lingareddy project during a pivotal phase, immediately after the design phase. My primary responsibility was to create comprehensive technical drawings that would bring the visionary design to life. This involved delving into the minutiae of detailed drawings, ensuring every element was meticulously documented and ready for execution. Throughout the project, my focus was on ensuring that every technical drawing was precise and detailed, providing a clear roadmap for the construction team. This made me address any design challenges and to ensure that the final execution stayed true to the original vision.
In addition to the traditional techniques, the project incorporates contemporary design innovations. The use of large windows and open spaces allows for ample natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and fostering a connection with the surrounding landscape. The carefully curated greenery within and around the courtyard enhances this connection, making the natural world an integral part of the living experience.
