Greetings,
My upbringing allowed me to manage all of the things on my own. This taught me many valuable lessons, which motivate me to grow. It’s my selfconfidence and never ending learning skills that are my true inspiration. The qualities I admire include never giving up, being punctual, being responsible, always pushing myself and never giving up on my dream. In order to achieve the best from myself, I take any opportunity as a challenge to achieve the best out of myself. For me Considering architecture as a form of communication, it connects space and people, allowing the architect to create different forms to build. I believe in detail, in materials and their nature, and that well-made products can create in space different languages to inhabit. An eagerness to think in new ways, using design as a means to envision a better tomorrow. I was a collaborative student, a problem-solver, scaling up, and a performer who went above and beyond what was expected. A passion for creating spaces and experiences that provoke feelings of playfulness and emotional connection through color, texture, and sound.

An overview of the site located in the vibrant cultural city of Nashik , it has a strong context and is well connected to other recreational areas. A house is to be designed for an elite urban family in the city. The father is a working professional – an architect aged 45. The mother also works with him and both are in same profession. Their son is 15 years old while the younger daughter is 13 years old. The grandfather is a retired commissioner of police. The grandmother has developed into a religious person post retirement and has a social life revolving around the same. They both are attached to their grandchildren.
The father and the daughter duo are into sports and love trekking and travelling. Outdoors is a place for them. The son is an avid reader like his mother. He is outspoken and has many friends. The mother loves to explore her culinary skills with her family in a relaxed frame of mind.
The construction of an entire building can share a sacred symbol of a specific god. A sacred place were heaven and earth meet as god’s home. By using ancient Hindu Principles of design a single space is divided into nine or twelve equal parts with the help of grid. Nashik has a rich history and culture that is reflected in its Vernacular architecture. To segregate the public and private areas within the court yard and renavigate the hobbies of family, courtyards are re-designed considering the Wada Principles of Vernacular Nashik .The overall planning of the design is an inspiration of Jawahar Kala Kendra which was designed by Sir Ar. Charles Correa, using this design philosophy to segregating the office place and residential place. Office space is very interactive open-semi opened space, inspired from kooko’s house clay bricks is use as primary building construction material which gives a family feeling to user . To break the monotony of the grid the landscape design is in fused.

Designed based on settlement study tour in Mohadi village. After analysing all the aspects of village proposing a SOCIAL INTEGRATION PROJECT aims to encourage creativity through assimilation of native residents and migrants into a seamless and socially relevant growth model for villages. The physical manifestation through design sensibilities should aim to retain the character of the village as well as cater to requirements of migrant population. However, the way the locals have socialized for years remains the soul of any village; evident through informal social gathering spaces like paar under a tree, chowks or temples precincts etc. The proposed community housing aims to provide for housing facilities for the migrant population as well as provide work spaces for locally operational self-help groups. This will provide a platform marketing local produce and facilitate a communal interaction.
The basic emotional value underlying the design is ‘awardness,’ as we observed a noticeable asymmetry between ourselves and the villagers when we documented the village. We realized the need for a central meeting place that fosters social interactions and economic growth, based on the village’s specific needs. To enable economic development, the site’s terrain is used to divide it into two distinct areas: one for residential use and another for commercial purposes. The residential area is designed to encircle the central courtyard, which serves as a vital space for social gatherings. On the other hand, the commercial area is located at the peak of the slope, offering distinct platforms for various activities such as pottery making and papad drying. Certain vending spaces have been proposed which can assist in boosting the economy of the villagers. The planning and design of the building is highly influenced by the old vernacular architecture that existed in the locality. To ensure that the building blends in with the surroundings, the design uses local materials and follows the planning principles that were used in the area. Using such materials and principles also helps users to feel familiar with the building.

As this location is situated in the rapidly growing urban city of Nashik, the growth of urbanization requires the development of residential, industrial, and commercial areas. Due to the increase in urbanization, there has been a significant migration of people, which necessitates the creation of more residential spaces. It is important to keep in mind that urban design problems can have a major impact on the liveability, functionality, and sustainability of cities. Therefore, when designing housing projects, it is essential to consider sustainability by using eco-friendly and energyefficient materials, incorporating green spaces, and designing for natural light and ventilation. The units should also be designed with the needs of the residents in mind. The units should be designed with the needs of the residents in mind. The units should be comfortable, functional, and efficient. They should also be able to accommodate different family sizes and lifestyles. By considering these design elements and project goals, the Urban Oasis project will provide affordable, sustainable, and functional housing for low to middle-income families in an urban setting.
