The Spine
The design focuses on a dynamic living environment through a shared central lobby that acts as the spine This spine is the backbone of the design, providing realms of the homes while fostering a sense of community, The idea is to create a series of living spaces that are residents the comfort of seclusion alongside the opportunity collective experience.
Design intent
The primary objective of the design is to merge the concept of privacy with community in a harmonious manner. By positioning homes around a central, collective space, we encourage social interaction while maintaining the distinct boundaries of each household.
The lobby spine functions not only as a passageway but also as a shared space with social functions like informal seating, art installations, gardens, or gathering areas for shared activities.

This remarkable duplex residence epitomizes refined luxury through its dynamic spatial composition. The grand double-height living and dining area serves as the focal point, enveloping the space in an expansive, airy atmosphere.

The sciography
The concept of adjacent pentagonal houses, strategically positioned to create a unique sciographic effect, introduces an innovative approach to spatial organization, light manipulation, and visual aesthetics. This design principle is grounded in a purposeful exploration of form, sunlight control, and the creation of dynamic spatial relationships that engage both the built environment and the natural surroundings.
The 5ive
Five-sided geometry, inherently breaks away from conventional rectilinear design, producing an angular silhouette that generates an interplay of light and shadow.
This form provides an organic rhythm in the landscape, contrasting the monotony of typical rectangular buildings. When positioned adjacent to one another, the edges of each pentagonal structure align to form a cohesive urban tapestry, while still maintaining a unique identity for each individual dwelling.
The distinctive five-sided shape contributes to a dynamic volumetric experience, where no two facades are identical, giving each unit a unique character, both in its interior layout and external projection. The resulting fragmented geometry disrupts conventional sightlines, creating a complex but cohesive architectural ensemble.

The architectural solution for this project is a carefully considered a car showroom on the stilt and ground floors, complemented (first, second, and third floors). This mixed-use typology date the differing functions while respecting both the spatial design fully adheres to Vastu Shastra principles, ensuring its users.

Nestled within the serene embrace of nature, this farmhouse is a living embodiment of fluidity and spatial connectivity, where architecture dissolves boundaries to create a seamless dialogue between spaces, people, and the surrounding landscape.
The design philosophy revolves around unbroken spatial continuity, ensuring that every movement within the house feels intuitive, effortless, and immersive. Instead of rigid compartmentalization, spaces flow organically into one another, fostering an environment where interactions are spontaneous and natural. The architectural layout is choreographed to enhance social engagement, allowing inhabitants to feel connected at all times while still offering moments of solitude within nature-infused pockets.
This farmhouse reimagines the grandeur of a castle through a contemporary lens, blending the timeless elegance of minarets with the sleek sophistication of modern design. It stands as a fortress of luxury and innovation, where tradition meets cutting-edge technology, and where the past is seamlessly interwoven with the future.
The façade is a masterpiece of contrasts, where the solidity of castle-like forms is softened by expansive glass openings. Massive floorto-ceiling windows and oversized glass doors dissolve the barrier between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to cascade through the space while offering uninterrupted views of the landscape. These transparent planes introduce an element of lightness, ensuring that despite its monumental inspiration, the structure remains inviting, open, and connected to its surroundings.
The Modern Citadel
Setting the tone
A soaring double-height entrance foyer creates a dramatic sense of arrival, seamlessly guiding visitors into the heart of the residence.
The expansive drawing room, framed by panoramic glass, offers an uninterrupted view of the shimmering swimming pool, blurring the boundary between indoor luxury and outdoor serenity. At the core of the design, a sculptural perspective staircase rises with architectural finesse, serving as both a functional and artistic centerpiece.
The first floor is a sanctuary of elegance and tranquility, hosting four exquisitely designed bedrooms, each paired with aesthetically curated washrooms that blend luxury with functionality.
At its heart, a sophisticated lounge unfolds, offering a serene retreat with breathtaking views of the lush green terraces. This elevated oasis blurs the line between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity, immersing the residents in an atmosphere of refinement and relaxation.

This villa is a seamless fusion of modern classical architecture, exuding elegance while adhering to Vastu principles for a harmonious living experience. Designed to fulfill the client’s spatial and aesthetic aspirations, the residence boasts a well-balanced composition of functionality and grandeur.

The design ensures fluid spatial connectivity, where each zone transitions effortlessly into the next while maintaining a sense of hierarchy. The strategic placement of openings and skylights maximizes natural ventilation, reinforcing Vastu-compliant principles of energy flow and well-being.
Roofscape & Integration of Classical Elegance
Crowning the villa is a sprawling rooftop pergola, a multifunctional space that seamlessly integrates with the overall architectural language. This feature not only contributes to the facade’s rhythmic composition but also provides a tranquil outdoor retreat, offering panoramic views while mitigating solar heat gain.
Every aspect of the villa is meticulously crafted to embody modern classical aesthetics, where timeless architectural elements coexist with contemporary materiality. The interplay of symmetry, proportions, and light culminates in a residence that is both sophisticated and spiritually uplifting, offering an unparalleled living experience.

The fundamental design philosophy revolves around openness, transparency, and reconnecting the human experience with the organic world, while embracing the principles of Vastu to ensure an environment of balance and positive energy.
Experiential Luxury & Sustainable Sensibilities
The farmhouse is crafted as an architectural experience rather than a mere structure—spaces are layered with grandeur and intimacy, ensuring a sense of openness while maintaining warmth. The interplay of materials, textures, and elements like water, stone, and glass creates a sensorial richness, elevating the spatial quality.
Beyond aesthetics, sustainability is embedded within the ethos of the design. Passive cooling strategies, cross-ventilation, and the strategic orientation of the built form ensure optimal thermal comfort, reducing energy consumption while maintaining luxurious living standards.

A Harmonious Twin Abode
A Synchronized Architectural Marvel
onceived as a testament to unity and individuality, this project is an architectural narrative of two identical residences, designed for two brothers who sought a harmonious yet independent lifestyle. The site is meticulously divided into two symmetrical halves, each encompassing its own private car park and distinct residence, yet bound together by an elegantly shared open-to-sky porch, fostering a sense of connectivity and kinship. The design adheres to the principles of Vastu, ensuring a spatial composition that exudes balance, positivity, and seamless functionality.
Entrance & Spatial Flow
Upon arrival, the twin structures stand in perfect synchrony, mirroring each other in form and function. The grand open-to-sky porch, a defining architectural feature, acts as both a visual and spatial connector, symbolizing the bond between the two families while maintaining their privacy. This semi-open volume serves as an interactive gathering space, where natural light filters through, creating an ever-changing play of shadows and ambiance.

The ground floor is thoughtfully designed for comfort and practicality. A well-appointed lounge anchors the space, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, strategically positioned as per Vastu principles, ensures efficiency while maintaining an open connection to the rest of the home. A single bedroom on this level caters to guests or elderly family members, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

A Statement of Luxury
Upon entry, a magnificent double-height foyer welcomes visitors, immediately establishing an ambiance of grandeur and openness. This voluminous space sets the stage for an immersive spatial experience, seamlessly flowing into the various living zones. Adjacent to the entrance, a generously proportioned dining room extends towards an exquisitely landscaped garden, allowing for a serene indoor-outdoor dialogue.
To enhance functionality and ease of movement, the villa incorporates a vast dining area, seamlessly connected to a state-of-the-art kitchen. This arrangement not only maximizes convenience but also fosters an intimate yet sophisticated culinary environment.
UPPER FLOOR
Elevated Living and Wellness
The upper level is a continuation of the villa’s refined spatial narrative. Two lavishly appointed bedrooms, each with spacious en-suite washrooms, provide an elevated sense of privacy and comfort. The villa is a meticulously orchestrated architectural composition, seamlessly integrating spatial grandeur with the principles of Vastu Shastra to cultivate harmony, balance, and positive energy flow. Its orientation and zoning adhere to ancient wisdom, ensuring an environment that fosters well-being, prosperity, and spatial equilibrium.
The entry to the villa is positioned on the north, a direction traditionally associated with financial growth and positivity. This strategic placement allows for an inviting arrival experience, enhancing the villa’s auspicious energy while offering a gradual unveiling of its architectural splendor. The Brahmasthan, the sacred central core of the house, is deliberately left open, allowing for an uninterrupted flow of cosmic energy throughout the residence. This spatial void acts as a dynamic nucleus, reinforcing the sense of expansiveness and spiritual serenity.
