From your initial consultation to the delivery of your hut, our team guides you every step of the way We take the time to understand your vision, offering tailored advice and transparent timelines so you always know what to expect. Our goal is to handle every detail, so you can relax and enjoy watching your dream hut come to life.
Consultation:
Initially, we will discuss what you are looking for (number of huts, rough size, style, purpose, etc) and put together a brief design pack including an initial quote This can be built upon and adjusted throughout the design process
Design:
Following our initial consultation, we will require a 10% deposit to secure your build slot and begin the design process We will organise a site visit to assess the access and positioning of your huts You will receive a design pack with your sketches including a breakdown of your design choices.
The build begins:
When we have finalised your design, your build can commence We will update you throughout the process with photos. Our customers are encouraged to be in touch with us as much as they choose throughout the build.
Delivery day:
On delivery day, our experienced transport partner will bring your hut directly to you, ensuring seamless setup in coordination with your onsite ground team. We look forward to staying connected with you beyond delivery, ensuring your satisfaction with every detail.
