I am a graduate student pursuing an MS in Urban Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a background in architecture and a lifelong passion for understanding the interplay between people, spaces, and the built environment. As a licensed architect from India, my formative experiences and professional work on urban challenges have shaped my approach to design, emphasizing community engagement, sustainability, and resilience My design philosophy centers on creating spaces that not only respond to immediate needs but also shape meaningful, lasting connections between people and their environments. My recent experiences at Georgia Tech include the ULI Hines competition, which has trained me to take on challenges, be a team player, and deliver under pressure. Additionally, as Co-Founder of SKAN Studio, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills by mentoring over 50 students and guiding them through design, research, and narrative development. I am seeking a summer internship with a firm where I can apply my skills, expand my knowledge, and contribute to impactful urban and architectural design projects.
