CRICKET STADIUM 1

Contributed to the proposed development of an internationally recognized cricket stadium for 45,000 spectators for the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation with an aim to design a state-of-the-art facility that meets international standards

The proposed project encompassed a site area of 8,47,118 sq m. To ensure a comprehensive approach, I conducted indepth case studies of four renowned international cricket stadiums in Maharashtra, India, including:

Wankhede Cricket Stadium, Mumbai

DY Patil Cricket Stadium, Navi Mumbai

MCA Cricket Stadium, Pune

VCA Cricket Stadium, Nagpur

These case studies provided valuable insights into successful stadium designs and helped inform the development of our proposed project.

Throughout the process, I actively engaged in multiple rounds of meetings with the esteemed Municipal Commissioner, Mayor, and representatives from the Aurangabad Smart City authorities.

The design showcased the integration of modern technologies, efficient space planning, spectator comfort, and adherence to international standards

Residential & Commercial Apartment

Designed, obtained building permission and executed a Commercial + Residential Apartment scheme at Kalda Corner in the center of Aurangabad city.

The project spanned a plot area of 3000 sq. ft and was completed between 2017 to 2019 for Mr. Mahesh Palaskar

Plot area - 3000 sq. ft

Carpet area - 1007 sq. ft

It comprised an office, commercial basement, and parking space, along with four 3BHK residential flats of carpet area of 1007 sq.ft on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors.

Emphasizing spacious floor plans, ample sunlight, and ventilation, the design incorporated principles of Vastu for harmonious living spaces

Interior design plan options for CA Anand Chirputkar's Chartered Accountant's office within the same apartment building.

The proposed plan includes cabins, a conference room, staff room, reception and waiting area, along with a toilet and pantry.

The design optimizes the 1007 sq. ft carpet area to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that cater to the specific requirements of the client.

Designed, Obtained building permission from the municipal town planning department and executed a range of residential bungalow projects from 2018 to 2020, with a strong focus on functionality and the principle of "function follows form."

By prioritizing user experience and incorporating the client's needs and preferences, each project was meticulously crafted to optimize space utilization and seamlessly integrate form and function.

Adhering to relevant building bylaws and principles of Vastu, the design process aimed to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional homes that enhance the overall living experience.

By collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers, the projects were delivered within the designated timelines and budgets, resulting in highly satisfied homeowners.

MrAtulChavan

A three-story bungalow on a 2400 sq. ft. plot, seamlessly blending functionality and aesthetics with engaging semi-open spaces on each floor, including parking facilities, living spaces on the upper floors, ensuring a comfortable residential experience.

MrSanjayPawar

A luxurious North-facing residential bungalow on a 3,000 sq ft plot, emphasizing natural light, ventilation, and thoughtful design for a harmonious and aesthetically appealing living experience.

MrAshokTangal

A contemporary bungalow on a 2750 sq. ft. north-west corner plot, comprising two typical floors and a basement for intimate family gatherings, combining modern aesthetics with a seamless integration of form and functionality.

MrVRChavan

A corner-plot bungalow with contemporary aesthetics, comprising an office, parking, and well-designed living spaces across multiple floors. Engaging semi-open spaces enhance the overall residential experience.

MrTusharPatil

A Vastu design on a north east corner plot bungalow with 2,000 sq. ft. area, comprising two floors and a separate parking floor. The design maximizes natural light and ventilation, creating a harmonious living environment.

MrRaviJorule

A luxurious multistoried residential bungalow on a 3,600 sq ft plot. The design showcases a harmonious blend of contemporary architectural elements and elegant aesthetics, creating a visually striking and sophisticated living space.

Designed the Urban Sanitation Park to address the waste management needs of a municipal ward, with a focus on the reduce, recycle, and reuse approach. It involved implementing effective waste segregation and processing methods to maximize resource recovery and minimize waste sent to landfills.

It also aimed to generate awareness among citizens about sustainable waste management practices through educational activities, workshops, and exhibits. The project integrated sustainable waste management principles with citizen engagement to create a comprehensive and impactful solution.

In response to the market gap for exclusive and personalized Ganpati Idols, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture to sell handcrafted Lord Ganesha idols during the Ganesh Chaturti festival.

By combining my passion for artwork and business, the project aimed to offer customers a unique experience with a diverse range of customized idols.

The goal was to enhance devotees' festival experience and bring creativity and customization to their home decor during this auspicious occasion.
