together Thai Royal Anthem in ‘9 in our Heart’ to celebrate the 82th Birthday Anniversary of H.M. the King >> Executive staff and employees attended ‘MBK Culture Day’ activity that emphasized on the value of ‘Service Mind’ and launched the new campaign ‘Teamwork’ that encouraged employees to work as a team and achieve the same goal. >> The Company organized ‘MBK Birthday Party’ for executive staffs and employees whose birthdays fall on each month >> The Company gave an award to an outstanding employee who presented the best service model from the essay under the topic ‘How to Service with MBK Style’ >> The Company organized a ceremony to give certificates to role model employees of the year 2010 in order to praise and celebrate them for contributing to the Company. >> The Company set up a budget for training sessions for all levels of employees. >> The Company provides medical expenses for employees, spouses and children. >> Providing fire drill practice >> Providing training courses in various topics to develop the knowledge, ability and attitudes of employees in all levels: > Building the service-mind attitude > (Knowledge Management) > (Competency-based Management) > Basic First Aid > How to Prevent and Distinguish Fire > Traffic Control Volunteers > MS Office Program Training Courses
