1. The Company honors all the terms and conditions agreed upon with the customers. In case it is not possible to honor any terms and conditions, the Company will try to find a satisfactory resolution or make necessary adjustments. 2. The Company treats all customers fairly and equitably. 3. The Company always keeps good relation with the customers. 4. The Company takes good care of the customers, taking into consideration their safety. 5. The Company provides the customers with accurate, adequate and timely information. It keeps the customers’ information confidential. It will not use the customers’ information for one’s own benefit or for the benefit of the related parties. 6. The Company puts in place a system or process, through which the customers can file their complaints or give their suggestions about its services. During the period of 2010/2011, no complaint was filed. Moreover, the Company undertook the following activities in line with the established policies. >> Providing training sessions for entrepreneurs in various topics including > “Laugh for Sale” training by Tee Dorksadao > “English for Sale” training by Kru Kate (Dr. Netpreeya Musigchai Chumchaiyo) > “Guide to Doing a Business on Website” training > Sell like a Pro” by Ajarn Panom Peecharoen > “One Look on the Face and See through the Heart” covering the topics of observing customers’ physiognomy and characteristics > “Fire Drill and Escape from Earthquake Practice” preparing for an emergency situation >> Activities to reassure that Siam has returned to a normal state, including various shows from artists, actors and celebrities to entertain people and promote consumer confidence. >> Launching a “Unplug” campaign to save the world >> Activities to strengthen the relationship among entrepreneurs in the department store which would also be aware of different issues in turn. > Bangkok - Rayong Rally for Charity > “MBK Rally Charity Tour” Project > Donating “65,000” Baht to School for the Blinds Bangkok under Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. The Queen. > Organizing “MBK Golfer Tournament ” > Organizing an ecotourism under “MBK on Tour” Project for the second year at Chonburi province to express gratitude to entrepreneurs and strengthen the relationships among them. >> The Company in corporation with Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand organized “SME POWER FOR NEW DAY” to provide special credits for entrepreneurs affected from the political unrest. >> The executive management, together with employees, gave blessing oranges to shops in the Store and brought along a magnificent blessing lion-dance parade and beautiful girls under the theme of Yunna China that incorporated other Chinese culture activities such as > Dragon Dance and Ume Pole Lion > Pyramid of Acrobat Show > Thammasat Chinese Opera > Yunnan Dance > Miscellaneous activity stations such as taking pictures in traditional Chinese costumes, drawing with Chinese brush, fortune-telling from signatures and lucky tavern >> Fund-raising concert for Tsunami victims in Japan by a group of independent artists with T-shirt and postcard stalls on the ground.
