CONTENT

HIGH RISE BUILDING Competition Work

A work submitted for the competition SKYRISE 2022 which is conducted by impact compititions, with a brief to design a skyscraper and the site can be chossen anywhere across the world with total plot area not exceeding 12000 sqmt, no limits for height and should be a habitable floor spaces.

FORM CONCEPT

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM

Square block that represent the human leg which can bear the whole weight of our body, podium as a foot and tower as leg.

Twisting the block according to the wind direction by the angle difference of 45 degree from bottom to top.

Floor plates with floor to floor height of 4meter that is seperated as 3 Zones by sky lobby acts as sky garden.

Central Hexagonal shear core (Internal structure) comprises of all the service areas like lift lobby, AHU rooms, Toilets, Fire shafts and other ducts.

Shrinking the center part of the tower to achive a form to neglect negative shear of the tower.

Composite corner columns and Diagrid to resist the lateral load on the building.

Openings between floors (Sky Garden) acts as a recreational space.

Compact of Structural element and floor plates gives a clear form

TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT

M Arch Thesis Work

A Development to create a carbon free environment by reducing the usage of private vehicals and enhancing the peoples to use public transport through walkability and cycle, this brings a better life quality and maintain good physical and mental health.

The main objective of this proposal is to enhance the walkability in urban central spaces, this can be done by providing proper pedestrian walkway without and vehicular crossings, and to create a NMT (Non-motorized zone) to increase the quality of social life of the people, and also to avoid high traffic congestion in that area.

A bachelor degree’s thesis work, where i undergone a research of designing a scyscraper from its concepts and framing its structure and solving the services and saftey of the building.

APARTMENT DESIGN

A gated community with 6 apartment block, club house, sports area, and amphitheater. The site is in coimbature and designed to its climatic conditions, placed to the direction of wind flow to create a great living environment for the residence.

OFFICE WORKS

During my professional practice, i used to do Schematic drawings for residence ,commercial and office space with 3D designs also interior for both residences and commercial, where we use various material currently trending in the market, and justifying the clients with our designs.We used to design some spaces using reusable and portable materials like ship Containers for kiosks and small restaurents.
