Developement pattern around the site is dense clustered sprawling developement.

Residential area is with yellow, mixed use retail+residential is observed along the roads with red.

Light activities are observed near the centre and vertices of the site

Studio units are placed at the base of the cluster followed by 1 BHK and 2 BHK units.

Shivaarchan-Peeth

By adopting the ‘Shivarchan’ style of Aaipan and prominently placing the temple at the heart of the site, the aim is to pay homage to the timeless traditions and architectural elements associated with Shiva-centric religious institutions.

The Yellow paths indicate general behaviour and interaction of public with the site.

Axial Road Network: The Violet marked axial crossways are used to define road network within the site
