Option 1 - Concept
A 2500 seater auditorium formed part of the masterplan.
Conceptually an octagon would work well for an auditorium, providing a suspendedstructural shell that was exposed to form a jewel in that formed the heart of the masterplan.

The plan of the main villa is designed in a way that a massive brief can be accomodated while still retaining a residential scale to the project. The intention has been to create spaces that feel unique while still maintaining an ease of construction aspect to the whole project.
There has been a lot of focus on the suatinability aspect of this project as I collaborated with the internal environmental engineerring team and external facade consultants to reduce the cooling loads for this villa as this is an area where the summer temperatures can go upto 40 degrees celsius.

Collaborative spaces and green areas play a massive role in employee well being as the understanding is that the post-covid office environment will be dominated by employees choosing to work from home and the office being used for meetings and co-ordination with colleagues. the covid pandemic forever altered the perception of what an office looks and feels like.
It also changed employer attitude towards working from home and has accelerated the digital revolution.
22
Ground Floor Layout
The BP Aberdeen workspace is designed while keeping a post-covid scenario in mind with the traditional concepts of an office being discarded in favour a flexible workfloor more amenable to collaboration.
A lot of care has been taken to keep employee wellbeing in mind while designing these spaces, with the addition of green spaces, focus on natural light and breakout areas as the future of the workplace is being redefined.

PARAMETRIC TOWERSM.ARCH THESIS
• The site for this thesis project was a 400mx100m plot surrounding Shoreditch high street station.
• The brief is a reaction to the collage like condition of the london skyline wherein individual highrise structure dominate the landscape without any connection to each other. the aim was to create a kind of visual connectivity to the rest of london and porosity via voids.

The masterplanning of the site was based on the vector fields generated on the basis of site demographics.
The objective was to create multiple touchdown points so as to manoeuvre around the heritage structures already existing on site.
