Collect the Floodgate and Accessories from your storage area
Place the Floodgate into position in the middle of the doorway with the blue neoprene cover facing towards the direction of the possible flood water.
Using the 17mm ratchet wrench provided turn the main jack. As the barrier is expanded into the space it squashes the neoprene cover on each of its sides creating a tight seal.
Using the same wrench turn down the bolts on the foot of the gate, this creates a seal at the bottom of the guard.

Note: For additional waterproofing, we recommend running a bead of silicone down the two sides and across the bottom of the Floodgate.
