Our experience and understanding of flood protection enables us to offer solutions that can be embedded into any community, and where necessary designed by individual members. In order to prepare your community for flood risk, operation and maintenance manuals are provided along with test deployments and training materials.
Once your flood protection scheme is in place, you will receive a completion pack including certificate, O&M manual, maintenance guide and optional maintenance contract. These provide the community with support and reassurance that your flood protection methods are always in optimum operational condition. Where maintenance contracts are included, we make an appointment to carry out a re-inspection and extend the terms of the warranty.

Our desktop flood report will inform you of the flood risk to your local area from rivers, sea, groundwater and surface water flooding. Being based on indicative data from the leading industry sources it serves to demonstrate the need or otherwise of solutions to flooding. It then provides a call to action if there is risk identified or reassurance if there is no flood risk.
Aquobex and its partners work with community leaders to organise a meeting in which local people can discuss the options for flood protection and how they may be funded. We can help you work with stakeholders such as local authorities, the insurance industry and the Environment Agency. Active community members are provided with tools to build support and maintain a structured but energetic campaign to obtain flood protection and affordable insurance.
