For this project, we had to first choose a national or international company and conduct a business and design analysis using various tools (SWOT analysis, benchmarking, etc.). We then had to help them improve or develop a product or service. I chose to help Carrefour create a service to allow customers to pick up their groceries from the parking lot. The report included: introduction of the organization, design analysis, design brief, creative brief, SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and prototype.
